“I was referred to Rock Creek Veterinary Services by a good friend of mine. I took my two little Chihuahuas here in 9/5/24 to get their teeth cleaned and some other care done for them. And I must say, I was impressed with this place from the moment I walked in.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and caring. I was greeted with a hello and even a handshake when I dropped off my dogs and picked them up! That is above and beyond compared to other places i have been. I wish i could remember the names of the staff i spoken with so i could give them the proper shout-out they deserve! They took care of my dogs as if they were their own. They were detailed in how the procedure would go, and they called when they were done and let me know they were safe when they could be picked up. The doctor who cleaned their teeth went over, in detail with me, how it went and explained the results of the cleaning and of their blood test. I felt really comfortable leaving my dogs in their care.

The prices for the services they offer here are very fair and affordable. Much cheaper than where I usually would take my dogs. So that is a HUGE plus! The office is very well kept and clean. Overall, I had a terrific first-time experience with Rock Creek, and I do believe I will be making them my primary vet for my dogs from now on. I live in Pocatello, but the 25ish minute drive to take my dogs where I know they are treated with respect is totally worth it!! I would recommend Rock Creek to anyone looking for a place to get care for your furry companions!!
