Was greatly appreciated of the 49!!!!! cents a gallon for diesel !¡!!!!! but the management really sucks very rude lady!!!!!! I would not come back to that store unless Brenda was gone!

I do try not to use cash giving the correct change back is a long lost art, public schools get underfunded yada yada yada. Cool, cool, I understand. On 02.19.2021 all I wanted was to be able to run my card as credit. I was not allowed to and was presented with just 2 options US DEBIT/VISA DEBIT. Interface looked different from a week ago and I buy gas for my and for my wife's vehicle weekly. I used to buy it at this location. I always use card as credit today had not an option to skip entering pin or use as debit and I am not a fan of amounts put on hold for half a week so went inside and talked to cashier. No basic troubleshooting, no eagerness to help. Tried to misunderstand me thrice, used remarks like "hey if you would ask me to give you $100" or "I can't authorize the pump to run for free". I never asked for free money. I was trying to give you funny thing is very close to $100 in exchange for a flammable liquid that keeps my cars running and it went to a different station, I pumped $40 into one vehicle and $60 into the other within few minutes. Like 1 of competing gas stations in town ironically stated at least their pumps are working. Pumps are rarely maintained at this Jacksons, filters are almost never changed sometimes if you are unlucky pumping 15 gallons will take full 15 minutes and it is useless to try and find help because it will just add time and you will lose your fuel discount. And you just lost a loyal customer who had been buying gas from you since 2010. Good riddance, even got slightly better mpg after switching my gas supplier.

It was fun to share what our city has. It also has a lot of heart ,we rare a caring community. All these wonderful business donate to food banks ,holiday donate to all the programs the city has set up to help kids, family's ,also being a disabled senior I have found out that they also reach out to senior's . So I guess I would say that American Falls has a heart.

Tonight my son and I entered at almost 6pm, we were screamed at to drop our backpacks by the front door. My son has autism and wears his backpack, with his laptop in it, for sensory reasons. My back pack was a mini purse backpack. I have never been treated so horribly by anyone in a customer service position. I informed her we would not be leaving our backpacks by the front door and she again yelled at us. We walked out and spent our money elsewhere.
