My daughter had a flat tire while driving home from work. I called Commercial Tire in Aberdeen the next morning, and Alex answered. Alex said he would send someone out right away. Jose not only came immediately but followed us to Commercial Tire in Aberdeen, which was 20 miles away. We will definitely be working with them with all our vehicles.

I had to leave my car in this area due to 2 weeks of traveling. I came back to my car that had a flat tire. I was exhausted and just wanted to get home.Commercial tire went above and beyond to fix my tire and get me home to boise.I was by myself and they made sure I was ok.

Each year I stop by there is a new manager.I used to like last 2 of them,I think.But how do they manage to stay in business now is a miracle to me.I noticed,that putting same valve stem caps back on is challenging for many busy shops in the area at least the good(or remotely decent ones) manage to put the matching ones somehow.This dudes put a green one that is not mine on one of the tires and it looked like someone had chewed on it prior to installation.Will post picture later. The reason I drove 13 miles to this location was that I remembered they were one of the 2 tire shops in the area, which actually set the tire pressure as recommended by manufacturer and marked on the door,however on my way back home it felt like the whole vehicle was out of alignment. Imagine how I felt when I figured each tire had its own pressure ? What's their idea of a customer service ? A practical joke ! Seriously ! How can I be sure that tires were torqued properly? After I called the manager he promised if I come back he will make it right,by adjusting tire pressure(which I already did) and will return my valve stem cap, I had few matching ones a dollar item is not worth 26 mile trip unless there is a sentimental value attached to it. But what a circus! Ace is good store in Aberdeen,Commercial tire in Aberdeen is horrible.

Nice friendly service and reliable. Just wish their corporation would listen to the farmers needs in that area. As well as get an alignment machine to help fully service us instead of going to their competitor.
