My husband always buys my pieces, but I finally treated him last weekend to a very upgraded ring. I realized after going in I wanted to get a band for myself as well, and Adriana was so helpful, and I love that she remembered me from years prior! Not only is this the best place to go to for your diamonds, they can also create custom pieces with you after further talking with Adriana. Omg Best Zales store ever. I was on vacation in Hawaii and my then girlfriend finally found a ring she wanted. Street months of searching. So Kipa was so patient showing her literally every engagement ring and wedding band combination in the store. So they made sure to get all the info down so i could come back and get the ring. Well Kipa wasn’t in when i came back but, Cori was and omg she was amazing. She picked up where Kipa left off. Long style short on the back or last night in Hawaii i proposed and she said yes. Zales please take good care of these two they are a hard hitting combination for your company. Kipa and Cori love yall and thank you.

Adriana was very professional, informative and helpful! She assisted me with incorrect bands and helped me to pick out a set of earrings for my daughter and myself. Also, thanks to her i will be able to wear my rings very soon due to her sending them for sizing!! I WILL be revisiting this location for more jewelry in the future.

The customer service at this location is incredible! My wedding ring lost a diamond and required repair. Kipa went beyond expectations in assisting with locating warranty information and getting our records updated. The store provided prompt service and made me at ease that my valuable possession is in safe hands. I highly recommend Kipa and the store for future purchases and thank them for their kind care.
