“Came into this store to shop for my mom, I love how the employees greeted us when we entered the shop and loved how organized everything is. By the customer service, whenever I looked at something the workers would point out about that certain item. :)”

“Located in the Waikele Premium Outlets on the Michael Kors side, its convenient for us to drop by to see whats available. I have also called to check if something was in stock. Lots of parking nearby. Bathrooms next door. Prices are higher than I'd like to pay for the items here, but if they have the specific items we're looking for and can't get anywhere else... so be it. Definitely works well for us.Customer service from all the employees deserves recognition. Every single Zumies location has incredible employees. They have all been nothing but super helpful and exactly how I wished employees were everywhere. Lately I see employees on their phone while on the floor, working with ear buds on, sitting down and not wanting to lift any fingers types. I have kind of accepted that and the bare minimum being; just show up lol. Not here. The employees are checking all the boxes for me and my family. Thank you for that.Clothing, footwear, skate gear, accessories and more. Style collabs from anime, skate brands, and import cars. Exactly what my teens are into. Basically they would have everything the typical high schooler would want. Highly recommend. I'm sure anyone could find something they would like here. At the very least, something for someone they know.”

“I have been in the Waikele Gap many times. Each time, I engage a little small talk with several different workers there, and every time I find each one of them to be friendly, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and competent/professional, whether the person is younger or older. The clothes themselves seem to be made of high quality materials. The appearance of the clothing items there seems nice as well, and the sale prices are incredibly low, so low that it makes you feel a little guilty for buying such nice items for so little money. Please share my review with your workers at the store, so that they can know that their kindness means more to some people than they probably thought.”

“Went on 26 DEC for after Christmas shopping. The last time I was here was about 6 years ago and what I will say is the store is vastly improved since 6 years ago. Preciously, the store was in complete disarray with piles of unfolded clothes on tables and clothes half hanging off hangers. “Armani Exchange Outlets are rare, so I'm happy there's one here and I had no idea they even existed. Selection isn't great, but I was able to find some pairs of jeans that were marked down to only $15! Oh yeahhh! I've gone up 3 pant sizes and didn't want to spend a lot lol. It won't feel right spending more than $30 on jeans from now on haha. And the customer service was great! Staff was accommodating and nice as I went in and out trying a bunch of stuff and confirming the prices as I was shocked it was that cheap lol.”

“I came to Michael Kors with the intention to purchase a wallet of a specific color. Upon walking it, it appeared that the staff were bringing out new merchandise, changing up the sales floor to accommodate the new merch. I was greeted immediately upon walking in. I was asked by multiple team members if I need any assistance. They even introduced themselves to me and I to them. As I proceeded to the back do the store by the men's department, I was warmly greeted by Manager Trevor. Loved how he took the time to get to know me and what I'm looking for. Enjoyed our conversation and laughter. Trevor, along with the other manager, Ari, helped me pick out pieces from for me and my husband. They fully took care of me. I walked out with more than what i should have, but it was all worth it. Stellar service from Trevor and his team.”

“My family and I visiting from Australia came in to Calvin Klein for Black Friday and found amazing sales. Was assisted by a staff member named Michael who was extremely accommodating in helping us find everything we were looking for and everything in our size. Just want to mention how much he helped us as we spent a few hours there. Not only was he extremely helpful professionally but the banter made it even more worthwhile. “I'm a selective shopper that goes for sales once in a blue moon to replace work attire. I care about top quality clothes. I last bought work pants three years ago and amazed that it's in great condition after going through front load washer and dryer almost weekly. Now, I decided to replace a few tops and a sweater with three sweaters for work. Workers on sales floor, fitting room, and register were very helpful and friendly. Regular price for each sweater was $75, minus two discounts, price reduced to $22.49. Definitely a win win scenario.”

“Looking for some outerwear...When you do live in a warmer climate searching for something warm can be challenging especially when you still don't want to waste that effort as a single use item. American Eagle is one of a bunch of shops at the Waikele Premium Outlet looked promising.Yes there are deals and a lovely selection on some sweater, sweatshirts, jackets and socks though it seems like it's only on specific items and seeing some Christmas prints which are regular priced having current items isn't what I'm look for when it comes to value is like a tease. There were many promising choices but I really didn't want to spend that much sadly it wasn't a place for me thinking of an outlet deals.Service was non existent as no one greeted or even make any eye contact but it didn't really bother me as I was still in browse mode and didn't need any assistance though just is sad that it's been like this at many places.Thank you!”

“I am always impressed with this location! The sales girls are very kind, pleasant and helpful. When they see me browsing, they ask if I need help or if I'm looking for anything in particular. The sales are unbelievable! They frequently have 50% off their red priced/clearance items both online and in store. The color schemes and outfits they put together is very creative! I asked my cashier if they have an outline of how to make it. She told me, they just put it together and it changes every week. “I visited the smaller store near Le Sport which carries kids clothing! I have to say i loved their kids clothing and wow to the really affordable pricing! I love supporting local when possible and this store has excellent customer service with pricing that is affordable in a time where the state of our economy is negatively impacting many people. The clothes are super stylish, but one suggestion i have is to size up as things seem to run small. For a size 8 child i went with 10 and that fit perfectly as shown in the picture (top and bottom). I could have gone 12 and it still would have been fine with a little more wiggle room! But seriously the fabric is so nice:) Most items were $6-$10 range! I will def be going back for some of the cute dresses and rompers they have!”

“Great customer service. I called ahead of time to see if they had a dress in stock that I saw online. The person I spoke to on the phone was nice and I appreciated her taking the time to find the dress in various sizes and she even found different colors and put them on hold. This location is compact but there is a lot of inventory, especially jeans! Packed full of discounted jeans that aren't on the site! Your girl got 3 pant sizes thickerrrr and I refuse to pay much for jeans. I got a couple pairs for only $20 each. The person who helped me at the register even gave me $20 off while I was contemplating on purchasing a shirt or not at the register after finding out it cost more than I thought lol.”

“I stopped by this store randomly and I found one nice shirt this year, spring season. I really wanted to buy one nice shirt for a gift, but only 1 smaller size was left in the store.I asked the store manager lady if they can get the right size for me. She was very patient and helped me out through a lot of phone calls until I could get the item I wanted. She communicated with neighbor island store and have them ship to Honolulu with even same discounted rate has been applied.Other clerks provided good service as well.It was very impressive. “I don't shop here much but found out they do Disney collab which are so adorable. I couldn't really find anything on loungefly that I liked and ended up purchasing a backpack and a matching wallet with cute Minnie Mouse bows from here. Love it so much and the price matching they did with their online store was even better. I found lower prices during Black Friday sale and I was able to take the items back and get the difference refunded. All in all very friendly staff and super helpful manager!”
