Probably one of the worst locations. I recommend taking the extra drive to go to the Royal Kunia location or even Waimalu. I went in for an item on sale, and the shelves were empty. My cashier advised I needed to go to the courtesy counter to get a raincheck, so I stood in the long line despite me being in a rush. When it was my turn, I asked for a raincheck, and Mayflor asked if I checked the shelves. I told her I did, but it was empty (if they had any I would've bought it!). She obviously didn't believe me and said she had to double check so I had to wait while she went to check the aisles! She returned to the booth and said she had to call the grocery department to see if they have any in the back. While waiting for someone from the grocery department to respond, I mentioned I was in a rush, and she said she can't issue a raincheck unless she checks with the grocery department. She paged for someone in grocery a second time with no response. This process is RIDICULOUS! If the sale items are not available, shouldn't customers be entitled to receive a raincheck without having to wait 15 minutes?!!!!! Very poor customer service. ps I was employed by Times as a cashier while in college. Boy have times changed...

Wed., 2/15/23 approx. 1 pm - Fresh spicy ahi poke so ono on this day. Depends on person making it.I especially like the fresh produce deals, apple bananas, red/pink anthuriums, and weekend specials. The deli counter has my favorite garlic shoyu chicken with a free beverage on Wednesdays with prompt service.Self checkout is convenient and some of the registers take Apple Pay.Staff here courteous, helpful, and friendly. I leave in a good mood after I shop here.

Located in the Kunia area, right below Walmart, there is plenty of parking and isn't too busy. At the time we went they have a Filipino section, selling all kinds of Filipino products. Overall it is a nice supermarket to get your groceries.

Looking for poke my dear tourists, a must try. Poke made fresh and kept your stomach safe from running to the BR. Clean, I stayed in Waikiki but was not ready to try the poke, locals suggested this place.

Went to Times Kunia for some last minute items. I was greeted at the door by an employee. This Times location is a little newer than other locations.Their produce here is also a little better than the Waipahu location and I love that they have a big area just for wine and liquor.I also love the sales that they have and different Asian products that they have available. It's a great place to shop for groceries or also for their daily food specials!

Why the hell does Time's still have canned goods that "expired" over six months ago still on the shelf?! Thank you very much, Time's. Now I have to wait in such a ridiculous return line and tedious return process.

If your not happy with dealing with customers then find another profession. I don't usually video someone but This person who acted as a Manager treated me like I was beneath her because I was using wic. Like she was too good to assist me. Her staffs and cashier were so helpful and as I kept apologizing they were so good to me, saying it's okay we all learning together. For some odd reason when she came to assist she was being mean to the cashier telling them well did you read the list?! They told her they were trying to figure it out, but it could not find the problem. She was rude to them also. She had a very bad attitude and was not trying to help me, A WIC customer. There were no long lines and she just tried to hurry me out the store. She yelled at me demanding that it was the cereal that was not wic approved, but after telling her so many times that the bar code on their shelf said it was and the app said it too she said no it wasn't! She kept telling me I can't override it and I asked so why would your shelf have the barcode with the wic approved sign on it (if you know times, the barcodes have a W on it) she said idk, but it's not! (not even wanting to go and look) but when I told her okay how about I record this shit then she want to flip her attitude and somewhat try to assist me.... Well here is the video. Btw Lianne Furukawa if you took the time to look into it further you would of known it is was the brand oranges that wasn't approved. I have the video and I will send it directly to the management.

I found the market easy to find with ample parking. There were friendly employees working there which were ready to assist you. An employee at the cashier went out of her way to find me a box to better hold the heavy load of alcohol bottles I was sent out to get for a wedding party. I would definitely go back without hesitation

Had their salmon poke bowl. I usually go for salmon instead of ahi because the frozen salmon does not have a funny taste like frozen ahi. And at $30/lb., the fresh ahi is way too expensive. I have tried the salmon poke at many places but I like Times the best.

This is such a sad store. There is only one open check stand with a live clerk to check out so you are forced to use the self-check out. A clerk stands watch so customers do not steal. In the meantime, the antiquated equipment freezes up and we stood there waiting repeatedly for the clerk to enter her code so we could pay and get out of there. Such an awful experience. They are so poorly managed that they can't afford clerks. Their produce is marginal and they do not have nice cuts of fresh beef.

I go to Times Royal Kunia whenever I want to find cubed steak and am in the area. This is the only grocery store that has it pretty regularly. I was told by a butcher it is because a lot of meat departments don't have the machine to prepare cubed steak. Times is now owned by Don Quijote so I did notice they have quite a few Japan items which I usually only at Marukai. I love their new self check out registers. One of the reasons I don't shop here on a regularly basis is that it is not close to where I live and the lines sometimes are long and move very slowly. Now that they have self check out, I may pop in more often. My friend always pops in for their roast turkey plate lunches.

The fried chicken is way way way better than safeways. It's not too salty and it's not dried out. They don't cut the thigh in half then batter the crap out of it to make it look big. All of these bad attributes are descriptions of the Safeway fried chicken. Taste of Times makes the fried chicken just like how my mom used to make it.
