did the job, but the kiosk we needed to use (instant) didn’t work so we couldn’t get the photos when we needed them. even on the kiosks that were operational (1-hour delivery), the only mode that worked was the social media/icloud download option. the usb option that most people use didn’t work.

I guess being terrible is the photo labs example they wish to share. Inattentive employee, employee blames you for the order not working and makes a joke about the time you’ve wasted.What a waste of reputation for Walmarts photo lab, placing a in-complacent person with no regards to their consumers.

I dropped off a couple rolls of film here and never heard back for over 20 days. I finally call in looking for an update only to hear that my film had issues printing almost 10 prior but I never got a call. Walmart doesn’t develop the film, they send it to Fuji so customer service told me they were going to reach out to fuji and see what they can do. A few days go by I hear nothing back, so I call again only to find they had forgotten. Finally another two days after that I get a call saying that since it was longer than 10 days after being developed all film is destroyed by Fuji. I’m so so heart broken I had memories on that film from really special moments that aren’t saved anywhere else. I blame the negligence of the people working at Walmart. I feel like if I had been contacted from the beginning maybe things could have been savable. I’ve certainly learned my lesson, if you want to develop your film, go to a professional film developing locations, don’t trust a Walmart.

Kuya Ernesto deserves 5 star for his awesome customer service! Went in 10mins before he's supposed to close but he stayed open for us and was very cool with it.
