Why even have a phone number of you can't get past the robo answer without an extension. Thanks for calling please dial an extension now. No prompts, no hold on for an operator, just the same message over and over. Pushing 0 gets you no where.

TERRIBLE. Both dealership and service parts of this business are awful. We were lied to when buying our truck, told that it had "sold" in order to feel rushed to come back and make a quick buying decision. The salesman made up some story about the other buyers process, but the truck clearly hadn't moved. He proceeded to over charge and barley move on the price, bc of "other" interests. THEN months later we made an appointment to get a recall serviced. It was booked weeks in advance. An hour later we got a call saying that they never had the parts to fix it!! No apology. No effort to reschedule, or order parts. The worst service and buying process I've ever experienced.

I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from servco Chevrolet. There was a truck that was "in transit" that I was interested in and Joe Okabe made sure that he could do whatever he could to put a hold on that truck for me until it arrived for me to purchase. A lot of dealerships have mark ups on their vehicles especially after the pandemic but that's not what happens at servco. What you see on the window sticker is what you get and Joe also did his best to get me a solid discount. I got a discount for being a Costco member. Would definitely recommend this place If you're looking for a vehicle

What a breath of fresh air Victoria was! I been trying to have my truck serviced and called JN and Cutter. Both other dealerships are short staffed and either not taking appointments at all or are 5-6 weeks out. Both don't even answer or return phone calls. One call to Servco waipahu and was assured I'd be taken care of! Victoria scheduled me an appointment 2 weeks away but also said I could bring it in as an emergency walk in. So I dropped it off the next day! Matt was my service consultant that checked me in. He also was very nice. This place is just as busy as the other dealerships but they run like a well oil machine vs others being a hot mess! If you have a choice I'd highly suggest buying a Chevy from servco just because of their customer service! Awesome!

First and foremost ... SERVCO is the only dealership that doesn't mark up your vehicle price. So sticker price plus tax and your add ons is the price you pay. I bought 2 brand new tahoes from servco and the customer service is top notch. My sales guy is Ricky Takushi and I've purchased both brand new tahoes from him. I also sent my mom and sister to him as well. He took care of me and always kept me in the loop with my vehicle because I had to wait a few months as there is a vehicle shortage currently. I won't buy another vehicle from anywhere else or from anyone else! 10 outta 10 recommend lol

Walked into get my chevy serviced because no one answers the phone. It's 1:20 pm and nearly everyone was standing around talking to each other. I had to approach them and ask for help as if it wasn't obvious enough. Only one other customer and they were being helped. Then I proceed to explain the issue and the service representative seems to not have any understanding of automobile knowledge and doesn't even begin to look up anything or find out. Then he starts telling me how much it will cost and giving me all sorts of numbers when it's clear he doesn't have a clue on what I need help with. Then he proceeds to ask another employee if he can help with my issue while that guy is stuffing his face with food. Then it becomes clear they don't even want to understand what I need serviced on my car or care to help. Chevy in town understood me easily and helped me efficiently. The Waipahu location is filled with lazy employees that have no clue how to interact with customers or basic automobile knowledge. Never seen so many people standing around with nothing to do and they claim to be very busy. Please pass this place up. Worthless establishment.

servco chevy has the absolute worst customer service of all time. my truck broke and was in the shop for almost 3 months. then when i got it back the oil light came on so they said they must not have reset it. told me to reset it and then bring it in once it comes back on again. fast forward oil change light comes on and i schedule an appointment for service (3.5 weeks out because they're "so busy"). show up today and they tell me it's going to be $240 because my "free service" expired. no mention of that when i scheduled the appointment. and "nothing they can do about it" i paid $45k in cash to this place for this rubbish service. it's not right.

Don't bother trying to use the coupons on their website that supposedly expire in July. They won't accept it. They say they only take the post card version. Not the coupon on the website. Nobody has bothered to return our messages. Insane customer service.

Just bought in my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado in for a dying battery on 3/11/22. Saw my Service Advisor Craig Okamura because it was a last minute thing because truck battery was weak . Without hesitation he took my truck in and at the same time my truck needed oil service , he took it in for it also at same time so I won't have to come back . Truck was done in a reasonable time , I was happy and it gave me some time to do some walking exercise around the car lot. When truck was done , he notified me it was done . Went to the Cashier to pay , Diana helped me there , very friendly lady and helpful. Also the other cashier , Lorene was also friendly. I recommend Servco Chevrolet for your car needs . Service Advisor, Craig Okamura thank you for your great service and helping me. Servco , you have great employees .

Good evening thank you for the response. Today I was told that even though my truck is not fixed, you need the rental back and if something becomes available again in a few days I might get a loaner back. So after 2 months still not fixed.

HORRIBLE customer service! NOT responsive at all! Do NOT recommend wasting your time with this dealership! We found a car online that we were EXTREMELY interested in buying, I even got pre-approved for an auto loan because we wanted that car. I filled out their "request a quote" online, did the "chat" online, AND called the dealership THREE different times! NEVER received ANY responses. The chat online sent a text to my phone with all the questions to provide to the dealership, I answered their questions and still NEVER got ANY responses from the dealership for TWO DAYS in a ROW .. NOTHING. My husband even WENT to the dealership to look at the car that was on the lot ... but he did get there close to closing so NO ONE came out to talk to him. He had to keep waving to someone to come out and talk to him. We understood it was close to closing but at least come talk to him so see when he could come back to look at the car! Supposedly the "manager" came out to apologize for the lack of response .. but even with that .. NO ONE CONTACTED US! When I called THREE different times, the first time I was put on hold for almost 20 minutes and then it hung up. The next two times, NO ONE ANSWERED the phone! We purchased a car from Cutter Volvo, they were SUPER responsive!

Honesty and fantastic customer care. My 2015 Chevrolet Cruze, my only vehicle, nearly broke down on my wife. These people took in my car off the tow truck on a VERY busy Friday morning, got to it six hours earlier than expected as a walk-in and not only found the problem, but took the care to find a Chevrolet recall on the problem I was having. Long story short, the repair ended up being FREE. This is my second visit to this shop and I've come to trust them like no other auto service center I've ever been to. The other time they fixed my window and hardly charged anything. These people will not only tell you what's wrong and try to save you money by not selling repairs you don't need, but they'll tell you what routine stuff is about to wear out (brakes, tires, etc). A+. They even drove me to work.

Terrible costumer service early in the morning this is in comparison to what kind of service i've recieved from Servco Honolulu over the years. It is my first time to get my car serviced in this branch. Very basic fundamentals of costumer service is to greet your costumers politely, instead Service consultant Barry who came and said "You are not supposed to hang your the card number on your center mirror", i wasn't informed, Sir! And not even a pleasing personality or apology. No updates on what's going on while you are waiting, basically you are just guessing and waiting. Their most top priority is to get things done regardless of the poor quality service.

Stopped by the parts department to replace the battery in our car remote. Was super quick and they have great Covid procedures. The cashier provided great service also
