Always get helped fast at this store. Reps have good product knowledge. Accessories are expensive in store. But I bite the bullet and get it there because I don’t like having my phone naked when leaving the store.

Royson is amazing! He took care of an issue from another Verizon store on the mainland (horrible multi-day experience) in a matter of minutes. Very professional, patient, and competent. His customer service changed my mind about switching companies because of the bad experience at the Spokane location.

The Royal Kunia Verizon store manager is awesome!!! He took the time to look up all my options for purchasing new phones and provided me various options to help keep my bill at a reasonable rate. I would go back to only this store every time because of him!!! Big MAHALO!!!

Went into the store in Kunia just to ask couple questions. Walked out the store with new toys, couple watches and a new phone. Thank you to Victoria for the help! Excellent service !

All interested people who want to do business with a Verizon store. We highly recommend the Kunia store. Friendly, knowledgeable, patience and very helpful when getting a new phone. Royce was awesome. We dealt with the Moanalua and Pearl Highlands stores and they are not as helpful at all compared to the Kunia store. Transferring my information from our old IPhone to our new IPhone 14 Pro Max was such a stress relief. The other stores told me that they don't do transfusion and we had to do it ourselves. which we found non customer service, especially at the Moanalua. Schedule an appointment which isn't hard and you will be a happy shopper like us.

In store rep was awesome! Royce from Royal Kunia, overall Verizon rules and penalties of being late on payments and extra charging sucks….. too bad they can’t understand how expensive Hawaii is
