The only place on the island that has some fingerprinting scanner machine. No need make reservation, but there’s only one of the machines. Four stars because staff was a bit flippant at first , but all was good by the end.

I HIGHLY recommend you DON’T go to this location. Go out of your way and drive to the kapolei location which I’ve had a much better experience with, avoid this place at all costs. This location will upcharge you for everything. One five foot roll of bubble wrap is 17.99. Tape costs 2 dollars per section. At the Kapolei section, bubble wrap is complimentary. Tape is complimentary. The kiosk worker I worked with completely improperly taped my box, missing the edge and not understanding why I asked for it to be taped over the edge, then told me I’d need to pay additional fees for more tape when it was caused by her poor taping job. She also declined additional insurance protection on her own without asking me, even though I was mailing a camera lens which by assumption would be worth more than the standard insurance rate would cover. All in all it was a really poor experience.
Whoever the franchise owner for this location is sucks. Go the extra distance and go to the Kapolei location just for your own piece of mind.
EDIT: after reading their completely unprofessional reactions to other negative reviews, this place should flat out be shut down. When customers are going out of their way to explain their bad experiences and you’re telling people you’ll “pay them 100 dollars” if they can prove it, you should be fired. This just goes on to further substantiate this location’s horrible customer service.

Very difficult store. There’s a new rule every time you go. A lady in front of me got turned away because her Amazon return was in a plain box and not an Amazon box… every time I try and return something here unless it is perfect in every way they will come up with a reason not to take it. Can’t count now how many times I’ve been turned away for the weirdest reasons.

On Jan 13th, I went to this store and had about 5 items to return to Amazon. Needless to say this is the first time I messed up with my items by having Whole Foods codes instead of the UPS Store Drop off labels. I’m so glad I had this young man Ryland who is always professional and so patient whenever I’m there. He showed me how to go back and cancel my return and correct the scan labels. He’s quiet and pleasant to work with. I didn’t know there was a long line behind me until some girl that works there scared me by loudly saying can she help the next person. Thank God He was still nice by saying it’s ok after I apologized. Kudos to Ryland. Need more people like you around.

I’ve had a box here for a couple of years and Kim, Alyssa and team have always been great!Even through the holidays they were helpful and friendly.

When you have a line going out the door, don't put a trainee to do regular returns. Put the trainee on the easy quick Amazon returns. The trainee was nice but it took 30 minutes to drop off two packages for regular shipment. Businesses don't have that time

I went in today about 4 pm and a nice gentleman was helping me, then a crazy chick step in, and she was given me attitude saying I need to have my name and address in the box, saying that "packed" means the original label of amazon sending me the goods have to be in the box. I talked to a chat from amazon and they said that I only need to pack it in any box, the truth is, I had the original box of amazon but not the bigger one because they sent me a bunch of items and I only wanted to return one that I did not even open. but this lady was on her wrong, and acting up, she had a poor attitude and now I have to go again and I live 1 hour away, hope she gets a meeting with manager to understand amazon rules and to be nice to customers

Was very disappointed in the service. Was not helpful at all. The girls in the front were really sassy maybe they didn't eat or were having a bad day. And even gave attitude at the end. Definitely not returning to this store they need to work on their customer service.

Only used it to mail packages and purchase stamps not enough to evaluate. It is convenient because they rarely have a line longer then 3-4 deep.
