Lady at the counter was real nice. Prices were reasonable and lower than that of the average major mall. One thing that dealt a blow was not having any products in stock related to my nfl team. Purchased an oversized dickies pants as a gift along with 2 nfl hats that came out to $100. Not bad.

Haole guy behind the counter has an attitude problem and has no aloha ..I felt like I was in the mainland ..I went there to purchase pro club shirts for my nephew for Christmas.. NEVER again.. I shoulda just walked out ... don't support this business and this rude ass customer service

I purchase clothes for clients at this location a lot. I try not to write negative reviews so I just don't check in if I feel the customer service is bad. I thought maybe it was just me feeling some type of way..... Buttttttt after shopping with my 6 year old granddaughter today I know for sure the customer service is just outright awful. Made my purchase and as we were leaving my granddaughter said "that man was mean".... Out if the mouth of babes..... So if you plan on shopping here make sure you have thick skin.

The owner is a asshole! The store STINKS an looks poorly taken cares of. Plus the owner Wont help with crap and plays his speaker on LOUD while he watches YouTube tutorials but watches you like you're going to steal! Terrible customer service. I would suggest the ala Moana store plus the have way better things.

If I could give ZERO stars I would, that Caucasian guy is the worst. His customer service is trash. Wish they could get another worker in there.. place would be so much better.

Lady at the counter was super nice. Guy standing at the door wasn't welcoming but I can understand why he's there, especially now days. We got a gew Proclub shirts.

This past weekend my daughter and her friend was Sexually Assaulted by a employee at this store. When confronted the owner( tall white guy) did nothing but ask the young girls to leave. This is a business that many in Hawaii support but this what is being done there. My child went to shop not to get Assulted. A PA was filed. Picture of the offender is added along with the owner. Shame on this business! Not even a sorry or are you ok
