The worst service department customer service department ever. I have serviced my vehicle at 5 Volkswagen dealerships from California to Phoenix to Hawaii. Tony Volkswagen's service department is so far below the National standard. I've never had so many problems with my car until we got here. They are not transparent with how much diagnostics will cost. They don't include tire rotation in services (other VW dealerships do), and to top it off, they forgot to call me when a part came in, so I was waiting weeks to get my car fixed and I had to call them to ask about it. When I called, they said the part came in a month prior, yet no one contacted me. Plus, I did a tire alignment with Tony VW and within a year my tires were worn down. I took my car to lex brodies and they said whoever did the last alignment didn't do it properly! My tires were so worn they said it could have popped. I also hardly drive so the roads aren't the issue. I wish Tony VW would not only have better communication, but better pricing transparency upon dropping your car off, I also wish their quality of work was better.

Needed assistance transferring a Drive Easy Warranty. I emailed all 3 finance managers, one of them 3 times as instructed by another dealer since the vehicle was purchased from Tony Volkswagen. I did not receive a single response from any of the Finance Managers. Sounds like very poor after purchase service.

I had a disappointing experience with the service desk when I brought my car in yesterday. It had an oil leak, and while they were looking at it the service advisor, Laura, told me I had 2 minutes to make my decision after they did their diagnoses to try something out or to get the car out. I figured they were busy so it's understandable they don't want to wait around. End up getting the problem fixed and it was something very simple, so I'm able to get out of there. I drive 2 miles down the road and stop at the gas station to hear my car making a very weird noise when in park, so I call and bring my car back. They take it and lift it up, and tell me they think it's something with the transmission but don't know what it is. All they know is it's surely nothing they did to mess it up. Then Laura told me there's nothing they can do about it and pretty much shooed me off. I understand there could have been an unrelated problem with the car since I bought it used, but the fact I had no issues with it until I left the dealership is very concerning. Regardless if the problem is the fault of the dealership or not, I found Laura's behavior to be very rude and acting like she didn't have time to deal with me, even though I had an appointment. I also saw her being rude to another customer while I was waiting for them to diagnose my car. If I'm spending that much money to get my car worked on, I expect to be treated with some patience and respect

The staff was helpful and friendly. My busy schedule makes it hard to sit around, and the service team made it a priority to get me in and out. Usually, you don’t get that with car troubles.

Scott was very attentive to the purpose of the purchase. He was not pushy and gave us plenty of time to consider the options to buy now or on three months when we needed the secondary car. Scott helped us to understand the difference is purchasing and leasing the ID.4. We spent hours of his time and we our very pleased. Very considerate salesman.

We're able to make contact before arriving on the island and negotiate for a vehicle that was incredibly hassle free. All staff involved in the purchase were incredibly polite and professional.

Service was a good experience. Scheduling the appt was easy and the female agent who helped me was very kind on the phone. However, just a little something that can improve is that when I arrived to pick up my car I sat in lobby waiting for more than 10 minutes. There was no one sitting at the both desks. I walked around to find someone and couldn't find any employees to release my keys. Other than that, I was happy with my service.

Great staff and great service. Worked with me through an unconventional sale due to recent divorce. Kalani did a great job and checked in while working the deal but was never pushy. Highly recommend checking this dealership out.

I purchased my New 2022 VW Tiguan in December 2022 I have 5200 miles on my vehicle and brought it in Twice. My check engine light came on and my check oil level light came on and I had to put a little over 3 quarts of oil in my New Vehicle.I was told that this is normal because VW Burns a lot of oil. 1/2 quart for every 600 miles. Is this true? If so why wasn’t it disclosed at the time of purchase.I would really appreciate some clarification on this matter so I can feel that I made the right choice to buy a VW. I’M a first time owner of VW

My wife had the oil change and a tire replacement. Very courteous service rep who represents Tony Volkswagen high standards. After oil changes have the maintenance provider reset the service reminder screen. Otherwise most people like me have to do a YouTube video to figure it out.

Alissa at Tony Autogroup is wonderful! After being frustrated at another VW dealership, I contacted Tony Autogroup and hoped to work with someone who was willing to be patient with me and my hectic schedule. Alissa was that person and more! She really helped to understand my needs and budget and really helped me get into the vehicle that was the best for my family and me! mahalo Alissa and Tony autogroup!

Well all the paperwork took a long time to finalize but Jon was very attentive to the fact we had young kids with us and brought them snacks so they wouldn’t be too hungry.

Excellent sales communication. Clear and concise in explaining what is available and was open to questions and available for visits. Alissa was extremely helpful and delivered on all promises made! Everything that could be done to make the buying experience less cumbersome and time consuming she did! All that was possible to get me the best deal on my ID4 was done and I felt like the staff was working for me and not trying to get the most which I really appreciated! You do need a decent coffee maker though! The facilities are no frills and has just the basics to get the job done. Not an inconvenience but just not as attractive as competitors. Does not affect the excellent job that they do on the sales floor!
