I'm going to keep this simple. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Lack of communication, lack of keeping to a scheduled appointment that took months to make. A massive disappointment.

Absolutely impressed beyond words with the Collision center! I was involved in a 3 car accident and I was the first vehicle in the line. The insurance company that was responsible to pay for the repairs were horrible however the collision center made sure to get things done in a timely manner and update me frequently! Simon was the gentleman who repaired my car and completely exceeded my expectations! I also hate to admit it but the day I came to pick up my car, I backed into a pole in their parking lot. The collision center offered to buff out the superficial marks from the pole and offered my children drinks while the serviced my care yet again! Absolutely recommend bringing your car here!

My car was a victim of being rear ended, this company does not live up to what i thought was good customer services, original estimate came out to 20k which frame damages was noted on there, who'd wanna drive a vehicle with frame damage, not me. When i got my vehicle back i was told prior they was gonna fix my tailgate lock which is a power lock i tried to open the bed of the vehicle couldn't open it even with the key. truck drove funny with a lot of rattling coming from the undercarriage which could've been from the frame being damaged. The alignment was pretty bad. At least i know now to never come back to this shop again. Also very horrible at keeping communication with the insurance company as well they make you sign forms so that they get the insurance company to pay them directly, but thats not always the case. Getting updates from them on status is impossible as well when no one answers the phones.

I had a great experience with Tony Collision Center. The team was very accommodating from my initial phone call through having my car fixed. They made the entire process easy. Every time I had to go to the center I felt very welcome. I would highly recommend using them. You will not be disappointed!

Needed my back bumper replaced. They were courteous and professional. My car came out looking way better than when it went in. They really went the extra mile cleaning it. It looks brand new again!

My Hyundai was the "victim" of a hit and run. As I was driving in the freeway access lane near the Humane Society, on 1/21, an older model van turned into my lane from the lane going straight on King Street and took off my front bumper and ripped out my passenger headlight. Although the driver slowed down, he kept going and made his escape onto H-1 eastbound. My insurance company, First Insurance, said I could take my car to any repair shop and get an estimate. I told them I would probably take my car to the Tony Group Collision Center in Waipio (even though I live in Manoa) since I purchased my car from Tony Hyundai. My insurance adjustor Jody said the Tony Group Collision Center is one of their preferred repair shops and they would not need an estimate beforehand, so I could call them and make an appointment immediately. First Insurance would also pay $50 per day to cover a rental vehicle. However, I would need to pay for gas and should not accept the insurance option since my own policy would cover the rental car. I took my car out to the Collision Center on 1/26 and Service Advisor Brandee Lee completed the estimate and said they would order the parts and schedule the repair appointment when the parts were in. She even helped temporarily secure the front bumper. On 2/7, Brandee called to say the parts were in, so I went to the Collision Center on 2/8 to drop off my car. A representative from Enterprise Rental was there to have me sign forms for the rental. Jean from the Collision Center told me they had an arrangement with Enterprise to provide cars at a $35 rate but since First would pay up to $50 per day, Jean arranged an upgrade. On 2/16, Brandee called to say my car would be ready to be picked up on 2/17. I actually went out on 2/18 to pick up my car. Jean from the Collision Center brought out my car and told me to just leave the rental car and she would contact Enterprise to arrange for the rental return. Suffice to say that I am extremely pleased at the service and turnaround which the Tony Group Collision Center accomplished. Both Brandee and Jean are extremely capable and made a stressful experience much more pleasant. While waiting a minute inside the shop for Jean to bring out my car, I noticed all the plaques on the wall which were from other car makers attesting to the Tony Group Collision Center's expertise in repair. So they can repair cars other than the Tony Group sells. This is an unqualified recommendation to use the Tony Group Collision Center. Now if I can only find that hit and run driver, his vehicle is gonna need a lot more than body work to tool around the city.

Here you see two bad reviews by Tina Jo. Tina was a visitor to Hawai'i she rented my vehicle through Turo the car rental app. When she returned it she brought it back with the tailgate smashed in. I kept my cool and was understanding and thought Turo app we both agreed to handle it between the host and guest. The first estimate is not the final cost. It says this on the top of estimate paper she received. Due to the damage she did the cost of the extra work came out higher than original estimate price. In the beginning she promised to pay full damage. Tina is now back out on that promise. I've had my vehicle repaired here before due to another visitor and it went smoothly. Tony group collision center has a great group of individuals who work with upsetting people on the regular. Anthony was the manager that help me through this upset. Thank you for the service, I would recommend this shop to any nissan owner.
