Need your Car Washed?! This is the place to come to. Prices are good for the services you get and they have tons of packages as well up to scheduling a Dealer Level detailing. If you're in a hurry you can order an express wash and if you have time you can get a full service. They're normally always staffed with plenty of professional workers to help get you in and out unless everyone wants full service which is a testament of the service you receive in my opinion.
They have snacks, drinks and a limited supply of car accessories that your car might met you needs. I do miss the Air Fresheners they gave out for full service washes. But, every business has to change how they operate and so i understand. They have seating with umbrellas and are normally polite if you need extra service to your car because you see something they miss.
I've been coming here since 2016 and they're a Veteran friendly business. I also trust them because they wouldn't damage cars they sale at the dealership is enough of a reason to give them a try. Unless you're trying to avoid swirls or possible micro scratches the are said to happen from using an automated car wash over hand washing. then this is the place to go to get your car washed without stress. They also have great hours and open 7 days a week as long as it's not raining (they'll close the gate until it stops).

I have been coming here for YEARS Came in at 5pm because of the $12 off June special my husband paid and naturally asked for the military discount so they did that which was $6 logically you would let them know which one is cheaper so after letting him know he had to rerun the card and fix the issue . Got to the actual wash which was typical . When I pulled out they're supposed to dry the car immediately to avoid water spots. Someone in the express lane came and they let him go in front of me and my car sat until almost dry I opened my car door and asked if someone could dry it to where two men walked up and started to help . Needless to say you can tell it air dried . The inside was fine but they use to wipe the interior down . Not sure if I set myself up from the beginning with trying to get the deal but my car still looks dirty and I come here often I'm very disappointed!

I always come here for my car wash it’s been a while since I’ve had a wash and vaccum. They did a horrible job with vacuuming and wiping things down for a total of $40.82. I’m highly disappointed I had to vacuum over the things they missed and it was a lot. I hate leaving bad reviews but I work hard for my money to be wasted! Thanks.

Aloha : the car wash machine seems like the typical machine and it definitely does a good job. After your car is done you pulk up and they have guys there to whip it down, and they really done do the most thorough job but good enough. When you get home you can whip it down again to stop water spots.

This car wash just raised their rates to $71.18 for the platinum full service and they do a pretty poor job. The mini van was not completely vacuumed, the kids stood around and looked at their phone and I wiped all the (deep) crud off myself. What a rip.

I come there all the and get the ultra package when they call to inform that my vehicle is ready I have to show them places that was missed like the dash and the windows, dirt spots still on the vehicle that can be seen in clear as day. I understand this is a great opportunity for high school students to learn about how to care for vehicles but I think more adult supervision is needed as well. I have to reclean my vehicles when I get home, so why am I paying so much for your services. This has happened many of times and you may ask me why do I keep coming back, that’s a great question. I have made meantion to this to a supervisor and they offered a free wash which isn’t what I wanted. I just want my money worth in service. Thank u.

Honestly if I could rate a zero star I would. This is strictly based on the woman who answered the call. So rude. She wasn’t professional or nice. She was impatient and belligerent. She interrupted me multiple times like she had a lot of better things to do than to sell me a $375 package.

I recently experienced Autoplex Carwash when I rented a Nissan, and they included a complimentary Wiki Wiki Express wash (Exterior Only) valued at $19 + tax. It was my first time here, as I typically go to Carwash808.One standout feature at Autoplex is their attention to detail - they have a team member pre-spraying tires and dealing with bird p**** However, it seemed a bit odd that they only focused on one side of the vehicle.What I really loved about Autoplex was the personal touch - they had actual people meticulously wiping down the car after the wash. It's those extra touches that make a difference.Overall, I thought they did a great job cleaning the car, and I'm considering upgrading to the ultra or platinum package for my next wash. I'm a car wash enthusiast, and Autoplex certainly left a positive impression on me!

tldr: pros- user friendly, human cleaning interface, get what you pay for, variety of optionscons- time commitment, low attention to detailGreat car wash service and super friendly spounge and rag cleaning. Starts you off with a assembly line automated wash and soap application. Unfortunatelythey only door 1 car detailing a day and are booked a month out already. I recommend early in the day when there is no line and i had 10 people all cleaning my car till the next car showed up. Ended up being 20 min of waiting at their gift store and then there was still some residual cleaning agents on the dash board and door interior.Highly recommend.

Paid 64.71 and expecting that they will do good. This is very disappointing, I had the same issue again before which is I thought be different because of different people working but it was the same. I think the supervisor should be out there to check his/her workers. This is the last time I will go to this company.Service: Full body wash
