Nothing but good compliments in every area of your store, but one that stands out the most is your employer named Missy Please see to it you honor your employer for excellent and patient service towards customers. She is such a kind soul and took her time with me. She made me feel comfortable and was willing to go the extra mile in helping me choose the best selection. The Waikele Outlet Store has a great customer friendly staff. It’s so convenient for me, they’re my neighbor. I go to them for gifts for family & friends, they even mail them for me with free shipping! So blessed to have them close by. The staff makes all their customers feel welcomed & relaxed, free to choose the fantastic items on sale, such huge savings each time.

OMG, I love this place as I just started wearing TB clothes to replace my Costco clothes. I found several winter pants and dress sweatshirts for 70% off which I bought because they fit perfectly. I went there three times as I kept thinking I should have bought another one in a different color, etc. definitely retail therapy for me at this store!

The same chairs sold here are twice as expensive than the exact same chair at Costco. Defeats the purpose of an outlet store.
