They boast of "Same Day Proof of Delivery" while I wait forever on hold for POD I've been requesting for an entire month. I have yet to receive it.

Told us they would deliver our item between 12 and 4pm. No phone call, no update, no one answers the customer service line. I took the day off work to be here for that obnoxious delivery window. It’s now 530pm. The main office is now closed, still no contact from any delivery people…I have no idea where our stuff is.

Competitive pricing and trustworthy. They're one of the best delivery services in Hawaii for larger deliveries.
