Great customer service, very transparent and trustworthy. I was gonna buy the mustang and later on they found out more problems with the car and immediately let me know. Unfortunately didn’t get my dream car, but their transparency and customer service really suprises me. Free carfax on cars, and etc.

TCA Auto handled the process of purchasing my car to getting the registration very professionally. There were many obstacles to getting the auto documents, none of which was on TCA Auto. From the DMV losing my paperwork to transfer the title, the mechanic not accepting the previous car title, etc. I had a very one of situation but through constant communication with Joyce and David I was able to get everything sorted. TCA Auto went above and beyond by booking the necessary appointments and worked around my busy schedule. The car runs great and I am pleased with the service they provided. Mahalo nui.

Got into an accident a few weeks ago and needed a car, quick. Picked up a 2020 Honda Civic from TCA Auto and could not be more happy with my experience! Brandon made the process so smooth and stress-free! I highly recommend him to anyone! Thank you Brandon!

So there I was, i needed a vehicle and haven’t driven in 3 years. I went to TCA AUTO and Brandon made the process very simple. Most car places you sit there as your children annoy you and everyone in the premises. He took our information and told us to come back tomorrow for finance and credit review and it happened…on time…on schedule …the same guy…same great attitude. We added insurance to the vehicle and he said he had it services and I would be driving it by Monday…annoyance free and with the fee I can afford. Man what a guy.

My wife and I went to TCA Auto yesterday to look at a car that they had advertised online and met there with Edwil Nacional. He is honest, made it easy and made us feel welcomed. It was a pleasant adventure working with Brandon. He wasv honest with some stuff or he was probably unaware but idk. But his professionalism and attitude was awesome and going with the flow. When I was about to sign my final document on a 2013 Nissan Altima to drive it off the lot that day on 6/16/23, Ive ask Brandon if it was okay for me to take it to my mechanic just to take a look at before finalizing everything and he said yes. Now keep in mind, I've also asked Brandon at the beginning if this car was reliable and in good shape to buy, he adv me that " Everything is good and not to worry." at that very moment, ny gut instinct said it was my first . :(I asked him if it was okay for me to take the car first to a mechanic before finalizing everything and he said yes and he actually held on to the car for 3 days and that was awesome. I got to the mechanic and he walked up pop the hood and around the base of the car engine everything was rusted, the valve was cracked and needed replaced. The engine had minor oil spills and the mechanic adv me that the Valve was leaking as well around the engine, we walked behind the car and the exhaust pipe was rusted as well along with the rotors that needed be replaced badly because it was rusted as well. From there I told our mechanic that's enough and I made final decisions to see if I'm able to get another vehicle or at least assist me in looking for another car. I've adv Brandon about the car damages and he said he was going to adv his mechanic. I then adv him if he had another car or something else I can look at but he never replied back to my txt nor a follow up....I'm a bit disappointed but at the same time I'm relieved that I was able to get the car check before buying. I'm pretty sure that there should be some great cars available but we were just unlucky that day with that particular car. I hope one day they run these car through mechanics maintenance before selling these cars like that. Best car buying experience my wife and I have had. Brandon was down to earth, honest, up front and no bs. He even entertained our 5 year old while we were on the phone with the bank. When we need another vehicle in the future I hope Brandon has it in stock because we’d love to work with him again!

I bought a total of three cars from TCA Auto it was so easy with all three purchases. I still own two cars out of the three I bought.No one coming out to hassle you to force you into buying a car you don't want.I always talk to Brandon he gets it done with my bank straight forward all the time. He no waste my time and I no waste his time smooth transaction.His website helps me when I'm shopping for a car, all I do Is call him and he takes care of the rest.Best part is I'm already in his system because, when I call him he' always howzit braddah Dennis.Thank U BrandonALOHA

I was shopping for a used car. Credit Carma recommended this place! I was a little skeptical, however, everything went smoothly. “ Brandon “ from TCA auto-contacted me ahead of my arrival.When I met with Brandon I was relieved!Great attitude! Friendly! Helpful! No pressure! He provided me with great advice throughout the entire process!I shop around in many car dealerships which was not such a good experience.Thank you Brandon/TCA auto for helping me with my new car! Fair customer service when you purchase, EXTREMELY unresponsive (pick up 1 out of 10 calls for most) when you try to sell. NEVER called back as promised. Do not believe them that they would offer you a fair market price when you try to sell back, sheer lie. It’s understandable to make lower offer, but the non responsive part is just rude. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
