I appreciate the nice korean lady but my haircut was not what I wanted. specifically showed what I wanted vs what I don’t want and got exactly what I did not want. I had a layered “trim” with framing. The lady was also too fast and pretty rough with my hair. bad rush job for $50. Now my hair is too short to be fixed.Services: Hairstyling

My family and I will never go back to Sung Hee again. The owner cares more about money, doesn't have consideration for your time. Called her to see if she had time for haircut for my daughter, she says "yes come now," we got there in 5 minutes, she had 3 clients waiting (one needed highlights!). She is also very rough and rushes! Also she takes cash only (doesn't give receipts) probably because she doesn't want to pay tax. She's just very greedy! Don't go to this place.

Just horrible. The inside of this place needs a total renovation. Peeling walls, crooked posters, peeling and cracked chairs, hair all over the floor. The owner is greedy. There were so many people and she kept saying "only 10 minute wait". We had an appt. in which we waited for only 15 minutes but when she took my 12 year old son, she was so rough. She was rushing so bad and kept looking at the door greeting customers. She was not concentrating on my son's haircut and literally finished it in FIVE minutes. FIVE minutes. She nicked his neck and took my money and rushed to the next customer. I shouldn't have given her a tip. Bad customer service. Rushed job. Greedy for appointments. Sloppy. She put the same drape on my son as the previous lady and it still had hair on it. Gross. Never going back. Ever.

I was over charged! But they did a very good job with my husband and sons hair. Probably won't come here ever again because of the overcharge (btw was almost $40)...

Get my hair cut by Sung Hee the owner herself. Love it cuz shes fast and does a great job. Been going to her almost 10 years now. I can't stand sitting in a chair for long. Main reason I come here. Sung Hee doesnt take long to do hair and brows! For guys at least.

Sung Hee is the best! My mother and I called while on vacation. Sung Hee squeezed us both in the same day. She was amazing and so nice. Best haircut I've had in years. She also washed and styled my mother's hair and she did them both quickly as well. Now, to find someone back in Minnesota who can follow her cut! Thanks, Sung Hee!!!!
