Thank you to Roxanne, Cierra, and Haylie for such awesome service. Y’all were so friendly and helpful with the recommendations. If you ever get a wrap from here, I hope Haylie makes it! She packs in the veggies and wraps it up so effortlessly. I’ll be coming back to get the chicken, bacon, and ranch as a pizza!

Just visited this place today as I live close by and usually they are amazing but today was terrible!! There lettuce looked like it had been sitting out for a while and was browning and there pickles looked dried up! The station was messy there were veggies all over the place and over all does not look appealing. the night crew was very nice but dang please get it together.

Its only 8:17pm and they close at 9:00pm. Went there the doors are closed but there is people inside. They didn't even ask. So I tried to call and no answer and tried to order on the website and they is no way to order. Terrible. Never go to this subway ever again. bad service and false advertising. Never ever go to this place. They hire people that didn't want our business.

My husband and I went to eat there a few nights ago, only to find out the AC's has been broken for awhile, waiting to be repaired. I don't know how we managed to have sat down to eat. My grandson works there, and it is not acceptable for any of the employees to work under that condition, the worst is both management and HR knows about it!!!!

Easily the nicest Subway I've ever been to in terms of interior and space. Very clean and plenty seating. The staff was a little slow. The food was enjoyable! Definitely recommend this Subway over the others in the area.

Coworkers were so incompetent! Missed my sister’s wedding ceremony because they don’t know how to ask for a confirmation number and when I showed it they kept asking me 21 questions and wasted 15 minutes making me miss my sister’s wedding! That’s time and memories I’ll never get back.I was just trying to pick up our food. It was a haole boy with blonde hair and a local shorter boy. Ridiculous!!!!

Tried this Subway location for the first time and I ordered ahead with the Subway app. I was happy to see that my order was ready on time and it was an easy pick-up. As I headed to the Express Pickup area, I just told the cashier that I'm picking up a mobile order and said my name as a courtesy, and then I quickly found my order on the pickup counter. I said thank you to the closest employee and they kindly responded with "thank you, have a nice day!" My order was almost right... I ordered The Boss footlong sub with lettuce and spinach as my veggies, but I got lettuce and tomato instead. I double checked what I ordered on the Subway app and they did get my order wrong. At least that was the only mix up and it's a good thing I don't hate tomatoes.I took the Subway survey and mentioned the veggies mixup. It was nice to get an apology and the Rep mentioned that they will share my feedback with the team members to help prevent it from happening again in the future. Hopefully the Subway team members will be more accurate and careful, but to their credit, it was super busy, a bit noisy, and crowded in the restaurant that day, and I'm just glad that I didn't have to wait for my mobile order. Overall, my footlong tasted just okay... but not tasty enough for me to want to go back unless I'm nearby.

Picked up a 6" pastrami sub and it was not the best. I'm usually happy with my Subway sandwiches but today I had a bad experience with my sandwich. The worse part about was my bread was hard like a rock. I ordered the Italian Herb and Cheese. It ruined my entire sandwich because I had to just eat the inner part of the sandwich. Not sure if it was just the guys that were working but even the vegetable table was not very clean. The younger guy who was making my sandwich continued to talk to his buddies across the way laying on the chairs in the dining area. He was very friendly though. It was not worth the money especially because the 6" pastrami is now $11.

Online ordering was fast & easy; they were a tad busy when we went in to pickup our order, but even though they were busy, the staff were very welcoming when we arrived. Overall, everything was great; our order was correct and we appreciate that all the sandwiches weren't messy.

Very poor experience. 2 of the 3 things we ordered were made incorrectly. The Boss sub was ordered as a footlong with vegetables, instead they gave us a 6" without the vegetables. The Rotisserie-Style Chicken Wrap was missing the black olives, provolone, and parmesan. And they added bacon on it, when we didn't ask for bacon.

Very disappointed with online exclusive Redzone Roast Tony Romo. There was no stack of roast beef as shown; just one thin layer. Not sure if it's management directed or corporation.
