SMP Customs is an amazing shop. I requested a quote for a full Ohlins suspension swap and they did a fantastic job on my MT07. Easy going people and very good service. Definitely recommend this shop to everyone needing something done to their bike! Price was very fair and the turn around was great. Will go back to them for sure!

I’ve used another motorcycle shop on island for state safety inspections in the past but they recently changed from walk-ins to appointments only. After I scheduled an appointment that I’d have to wait 3 weeks for, I asked around in a Facebook group for alternatives. SMP Customs was recommended by multiple people and is very centrally located so I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Travis and he said he could take me right away. I met him at the shop 45 minutes later and was in and out in about 10 minutes. He was kind, professional, and easy to talk to. It was an excellent experience and I have a new go-to shop for motorcycle safety inspections!

This shop fixed my Ducatti. They were very professional, helped me understand everything that needed to be fixed, and the cost of repair was reasonable. The lady at the front desk is super nice. I found my go to motorcycle mechanic.

I was referred here by my neighbor. On my arrival I met with Travis the owner. He went through how he maintains and inspects the bikes. He was very friendly and thorough with his explanation. Which I appreciated. He explained why he does what he does. The shop was very clean and he carried some aftermarket parts on hand. When I returned for the bike Travis introduced me to the mechanic that worked on my bike. She was very thorough and explained everything she did to the bike. She also did an inspection and showed me the oil she pulled from the bike. What impressed me was that she found my front tire splitting, a very dangerous situation. I will definitely be back for either a detailing or yearly service. Thank you SMP for a great job.

Travis, the owner, is not only extremely professional but provides you a straight-up no-nonsense assessment of the job you are looking to have done. I had a fork leak on my Harley. I contacted Travis a Saturday morning and he met me at his shop Monday evening to drop my bike off (his shop is closed Mondays). After providing me a quick assessment with the possible issues, by 10am Tuesday he had the issue with the quote for labor and parts ready. My bike was ready by 6pm Tuesday for me to pick up. The price for labor was on point. In addition he removed a dent on my fender free of charge. SMP is in a good secure and safe location in Mililani. The shop is full of custom bikes being worked on and extremely clean with security all around. If you are in need of a reputable, professional, and honest business to care for your motorcycle needs, SMP is your joint!
