2/17/24: Our 2021 Tacoma key fob was giving us problems and we tried everything under the sun to fix it ourselves. Trust me, the last thing we wanted was to come here for such a minuscule issue that seemed fixable at home. But when nothing worked, we figured it was time to bring it in. Scheduling for an appt online is easy but the next available we could book was 3 weeks out (for all Servco locations). Whatever -- at least our spare still worked. Our appt was at 8:15 am. 12 pm came around and we haven't heard anything from the service center. After contacting them, they said our truck would be done "later this afternoon, around 3-4pm". I get a key malfunction isn't the top priority, but really? Overall it took SEVEN hours total for us to get serviced, only to be told that they themselves couldn't even figure out the issue with our key fob and ended up just replacing it entirely. I can't imagine how long we'd wait if something more serious was wrong with our truck.

After much frustration with dishonest dealers and sales people I finally met a sales lady that was top notch. Clarke made the experience so pleasant and enjoyable; far from the typical "used car salesperson". She was knowledgeable about the cars, quick to answer all questions, and met my needs as much as possible. She even personally delivered my car after its first oil change since I live other side of the island from Waipahu. So many other sales people don't know their products, that I know more about the cars then they do, but Clarke knew it all. And I'm a car guy so I'm pretty up and up on these cars too. As we test drove she explained all the car's features and demo'd. I'll be recommending her to anyone in the car market for sure. Everything she does with a smile. Thanks Clarke you're no ka oi.

I had some questions about a service package I bought and spoke with Tyrone the manager. He went out of his way to help me understand everything and was very professional. I love my 4runner.

10/10 Service at Waipahu Servco. Walked in and was greeted and offered to have a seat in the lobby (cozy btw). There was a vending machine along with coffee for the customers in the waiting area. Salesmen Aron comes to greet me in a very professional/inviting way to start talking about what id hope to be my new car. As Aron went over everything paperwork top to bottom, (First dealership experience so idk anything) made sure we're all on the same page and not clueless! and was honestly super transparent! fast forward everything cleared and ended up getting my dream car !! Thanks to brotha Aaron for his transparency an honesty, he was able to make it happen so if your looking for someone that won't push you into anything and is a great communicator, I highly recommend Aron. As For Derek he is awesome aswell, was very honest about the warranty's and insurance and also was not pushy on anything, he only offered what he felt would best fit me(which I appreciated). All in all These 2 guys allowed me to have a great first time dealership experience along with my new car and would highly recommend getting your new car here !!

We bought our 4Runner from here and Tasha was our girl! Comfortable setting with refreshments in the customer lounge area and a streamlined purchase process with not a super long wait. I would also say that their Service & Parts Customer Lounge is even more comfortable. Toyota Leeward does a really awesome job servicing customers waiting for their car service. They even have a shuttle service that's efficient and timely. I especially like the reservation system because it sends you email or text message reminders.

My car was clean when I took it in for service. What I received back was a car with oily handprints on several spots of the body. I also notice some minor rim damage. These people are cool, but lack attention to detail.

We had a very good experience with my service consultant, Jeff Venzon. I just moved here from California and he provided better service than any Toyota dealership I’ve been to. I came in for my 15k service and some warranty work. In California, it seems like they didn’t want to help, but that’s not the case here. Their facility is clean and all staff that I came into contact with were friendly. I definitely recommend this location.

I had the greatest car buying experience at Servco Leeward. Funny story is I originally wanted to buy a Ford Bronco (yikes, I know) but after another dealership tried to sell it to me thousands over the window price; I decided to contact Servco. I was referred to Gerald by a family friend who recently purchased a new vehicle from him. I started to communicate with him via text on a Monday. Told him exactly what I was looking for and by Friday he delivered the exact vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted it. Derrick from financing also lent a hand in making the financing part go as smoothly as possible. The professionalism by these men is top notch! Anyone looking to purchases a new or used vehicle make; this your first stop. You won't regret it. Thank you Servco Leeward, not only have you earned my business but you earned my trust.

My car has been giving me problems left and right for the past how many years. I've gone to several dealers for about a year or so, and they all told me the same thing: it was impossible to get a new car loan on top of my existing one. One day, I decided to just go and check out the cost of cars to see how much I can pay as a down payments in hopes of trying again. Coincidentally, I bumped into Gerald while looking around, he introduced himself and we talked & I told him about my situation. With no hesitation, he offered to help me to try different ways to get me a new car. 1 1/2 hour later... HE DID IT! Gerald has been so patient, so helpful, & so understanding throughout the whole process. He is such an advocate for his customers which makes him the best sales man out there! He sure is the type to go above and beyond for his customers to make sure they leave with their dream car! Derrick, their financial advisor has also been so patient with me and helped me out with the financial process & whatnot. I'm so thankful that I came here to do business with my car. HIGHLY recommend Gerald as your sales guy!

Absolutely worst customer service... huge change of hoe they were 10 years ago when we bought a car from them. Evert sales person appears that they have more interest in looking at their phones than helping the customers. The ones se spoke with wasn't remotely aware of vehicle features... we felt as if we were more of an inconvenience to them than anything else. What's even worse is that our internet inquiries has gone unanswered for over 2 weeks now... I would not recommend Servco Waipahu to family and friends... We eventually made it to JN Chevrolet and purchased a Chevy. Absolute best customer service, reasonable and transparent pricing, sales team across the board is amazing.

My associate was nice. Very helpful went out of his way to show me two types of fuel tank cleaner. He didn't have to. He could have just sold me the expensive one. But he did say others would purchase the cheaper one. I thanked him for that. The person to his left was rude. Didn't ask me if I needed help just sat there. The cashier who checked me out she was nice also. Wish I asked for names especially the rude associate. Overall I will return to purchase another fuel engine cleaner.

Sourly disappointed. First time bringing my vehicle for service. It's usually someone else who brings in vehicle. First of all, I waited over a month to schedule my appointment, wanted a Saturday. I figured earliest appointment, 7:45, should be good. My running board was giving me problems, so had asked scheduling person on phone if they could also look at running board? Scheduler informed me, she would have service manager check and I would get a call back. Well, I never got a call back. The day of appointment came, I brought in my vehicle, met service guy, Ryan, let him know, I had problem with running board, and if they could also check it. Informed price to just check problem, and he would text me later with what they find. I agreed and had ask someone to pick me up. I later got a text, at 11:10 am, shop is extremely backed up, and I needed to decide if I wanted to leave vehicle till 5:00pm or reschedule, on another date? I was thinking, hmmm, I waited for over a month to schedule, my vehicle needed service, I dropped off my vehicle on time, half my day is already done, of course I agreed to leave car till 5:00pm. I later got a call at 2:49pm, Ryan, let me know he was worried, my vehicle would not be serviced in time. I'm thinking at this point, they haven't even serviced or looked at my vehicle, it was dropped off at 7:45am, WTH! So now, it's to just service car, and I would have to reschedule another visit to check on running board. I get it, if they were overbooked, tell me, sorry, only service. I work, Monday thru Friday, so Saturday is what I'm assuming everyone looks forward to, from a long week of working. Finally 4:15, text car will be done at 5:00pm. I get there, I overhear another customer complain, he dropped off his vehicle at 8:00am, why did it take so long. I'm like, I guess this is standard. I walk to cashier and ask how is my vehicle? Cashier checks with service guy and paper work is not done. So I ask cashier, if I had an appointment at 7:45am, why is my vehicle done so late? Her response, oh you didn't have a time appointment, you have appointment for the day. I was like, What? Does that make sense? No it' sounds stupid! So why even make appointment? Just make it first come first serve. Oh and because I left, they will service the people in waiting area first, no matter what time slot their supposed fake time appointment is? I did not know this, at this point, I'm feeling my blood boiling. Oh, and the other cashier kept looking at me like surprised, I was upset? Really, you wouldn't be pist off? So instead of service guy letting me know about car, it's the cashier, who is telling me they did check vehicle. I just wanted to make sure. Do I have a right to make sure? Felt like I was bothering her or something. So I try to make appointment, to check running board. Cashier says she doesn't do that to make it with service guy. She then tells me, "By the way, this is your last FREE service". Condescending, listen, I am not aware for free SERVICE. As far as I know, miss cashier we PAID FOR EXTENDED WARRANTY, so it wasn't free! What was your point in telling me that? Of course I was upset. So when I went to schedule with service guy, confirmed they were overbooked 206 something vehicles. I know out of their control. Standard practice I guess. What I learned, earliest appointment is 7:00am, so customers line up at 6:45am. If you leave the lobby, don't expect them to even touch your car. They will service customers in the waiting area first, regardless of their time. As to not fill up the waiting area. So your appointment is for the Day, not a time appointment. I rarely complain, even with crappy service from wait staff, I still give tip. Toyota is a solid vehicle, everyone loves Toyota, it just sucks, this is how they conducted service, with me. If buying another Toyota not coming back here. Just put yourself in my position, I'm sure you wouldn't be in the best mood ever, and to add fabulous reviews either. SMH.
