The experience of purchasing my first Chevy was nothing short of amazing. Gerald our sales consultant was very good at showing us our options for what we were in the market for. He answered all my questions regarding the current rebate specials and the incentive program Costco had going on. Dan our finance consultant was great at explaining everything I had to sign along with the warranty and maintenance options. Before driving off in my new truck Gerald made sure to walk me through all the functions. He followed up with me a couple days later to see if everything was going well and if I had any questions. Overall, my experience was great, and I would recommend my family and friends to Servco Chevy.

If you need your vehicle in any reasonable amount of time I highly recommend going elsewhere. Appointment time of 715 am and told them I needed the vehicle by 2 pm. At 1 pm they started my vehicle and told me I wouldn't be able to pick up until later that afternoon. Come to find out I needed tires to pass inspection and they couldn't get them in until the next morning. Service rep gave me a pick up time of 10 am. 9 am comes around and they still don't have the tires. 1115 tires are delivered but no estimated time for completion. A complete inconvenience. Will not schedule another service/inspection at this location.1 star is for allowing me to bring my own windshield wipers (that I can't install unless I reschedule an appt) instead of charging me the $114 +tax they wanted for theirs.

I’ve been shopping for trucks for 2 months in and out of the dealership. At first I was surprising the lack of enthusiasm and follow up from the salesman . It almost seemed like they didn’t believe we wanted a vehicle and I was told that I should just contact them when I was ready to buy a truck. I’ve been in sales for a vast majority of my life and this was super odd to me. It seemed like they were being a little judgmental of me coming in dirty after work and having alot of tattoos. All of that changed when we switched salespeople to Aaron. We dropped in Out of the blue on Sunday and he immediately was patient with us and asked a lot of great questions about what we were looking for and what we wanted. I’m not a hard person to convince, “ I like to be sold” it almost brings me back into the mindset of being a salesman. So the attention was welcomed. We ended up liking Aaron and we decided to go against our plan of just driving trucks to see what we liked and purchased one. It seems like ever since covid and the truck shortage happened salespeople stopped selling and started just taking orders, so good job Aaron for asking the right questions and putting forth some effort.

Least Worst Chevrolet Dealership Experience on Oahu.Pros:-Courtesy shuttle is available-Staff is very politeCons:-Service department is obviously overbooked or overworked, takes forever to get an appointment-Service department often chooses the easy, lazy way out "We can't submit a warranty claim for that; that "issue" is considered normal; GM doesn't have a technical bulletin for that so we can't fix it, even though we recognize the problem; we're waiting on GM to get back to us about that issue (never will, and there will be no follow-up); this issue is because of ____ and that's not our problem"Overall, picking the least worst service department on the Island, I would choose Servco Chevrolet Leeward. I would never purchase from them, however. Made my new Chevrolet owner's experience not too great.

I was very pleased with the service and with Everything. In a world where company cost-cutting measures have created the new norm of customer dis-satisfaction, Servco Waipahu stands out in a big way as a company that delivers courteous and professional customer service in a very competitive business space. I was extremely impressed with all of the staff and services that I encountered from the very beginning to the very end. Much Mahalo's to EVERYONE!

Quick service and the follow up is at the top of list, pulled in a very quick greeting and everything was done within a half an hour, including a free car wash.

Joe was awesome!!! He let me know as soon as he saw that the car I wanted became available. After confirming with him that I wanted to purchase the vehicle, he arranged all of the necessary paperwork and brought everything with the car delivered to my home. I didn't even have to go down to the dealership, everything was done in 3 hours from initial contact to signing at my home. The actual signing took less than 5 minutes as everything was well prepared and Joe knew absolutely all of the places that needed to be signed. Mahalo for all of your help Joe!! You're the best!!

I would love to thank JOE for the amazing and fast service/process when it came to getting my new car! I literally got the car I’ve always dreamed of and he has made everything so easy for me and kept up such a positive character the entire time. Not once did I feel the pressure or rushed, he took the time to let me explore my other options on top with the vehicle I wanted just to make sure I really wanted to go through with my choice. Wasn't able to get a loaner car or a shuttle. Dropped off my car at 8:45 am and it wasn't even looked at until the next day. Got charged $800 just to be told nothing is wrong with the car. Left feeling scammed & stupid.

Paid a $100 deposit for a Silverado EV truck back in April 2022. I cancelled my order through Chevrolet 2 weeks ago haven't received the refund. No refund took my $100 deposit but now need to issue a check. Chevrolet was the problem and Servco took the wrap.Servco made it right 5 stars Chevy zero

Service advisor Matt Beatty was very informative. He updated me every step of my service repair & notified me of what my warranty with Ally was covering & what not . He came in on his day off to make sure my paperwork was in order . Truly appreciate it . 10/10 service .

All of my vehicle's issues were corrected, and the staff was very friendly. They kept me up to date with what was going on. The ladies at the service checkout were also extremely nice. I will definitely come back for future maintenance.
