My dad bought a brand new 2024 Chevy Blazer RS EV from Henry at Servco Chevrolet. He absolutely loves his car. More importantly, he really liked his sales person Henry, and laughs when he tells me about him. Henry is a local boy with a very friendly personality.
The only complaint the dad had at all was a small scratch on the left rear bumper that went through the paint. It should have never been put for sale with blemished new paint. Normally, Dad would have refused that car and made him give him a different car, but he likes it so much that he was willing to overlook it and have them just fix the paint. From what he tells me, the only issue is coordinating a time for him to get to the body shop with the vehicle.
I told Dad that I was writing this review for him and he told me do not take off any points because of the bumper issue. Because it's being corrected and he's happy with everything else.
The pictures I have attached are photos of my dad with his new car that the salesman Henry took of him. I'm told that they're also posted on Henry's Instagram profile too. For some reason, they are not posted on Henry's Facebook profile. I don't know why that is. But Dad's happy, and that's all that matters to me.

Servco waiphu is a degrading place don’t buy from them… I’ve been scammed and they won’t refund my money because the the vehicle that I have is not fixable with multiple attempts to fix it did not work… and now I stuck with a vehicle that I don’t like driving with my family

Service department manager and a few advisers needs training in customer service. No Aloha! I had to speak to the GM to get a better response. Silverado absolutely has issues but and so far it’s running a little better but I will never buy another Chevy!

**SERVICE CENTER REVIEW **They were suppose to top off all fluids, change oil, and rotate tires. They did NOT top off my Def fluid so I called and let my service advisor know. Within 10minutes the service manager called me to apologize and offered to have a technician come to my house when it was convenient for me to have them add Def fluid. I happy that they took care of this BUT this is the 2nd time at this service center that they AREN'T doing what they are suppose to do. First time I caught them not rotating tires and this time not topping off fluids as they promised. The only reason I caught this is bc it shows on the screen the level of Def fluid. However this makes me wonder if they are even doing anything??! Did they actually rotate my tires? Did they really change my oil? I'll never truly know which is making it difficult to want to return to this service center.

Definitely not the best time to buy. Everything about or relating to vehicles is ridiculously expensive and inflated. It's better to hold off on buying anything unless you absolutely have to.
