I'd give zero stars if I could. I had the absolute worst sales staff experience. Extremely unresponsive and unfocused on customer experience.

Why even have a phone number of you can't get past the robo answer without an extension. Thanks for calling please dial an extension now. No prompts, no hold on for an operator, just the same message over and over. Pushing 0 gets you no where.

Don't bother trying to use the coupons on their website that supposedly expire in July. They won't accept it. They say they only take the post card version. Not the coupon on the website. Nobody has bothered to return our messages. Insane customer service.

This happened about almost two years ago, but is worth mentioning to protect the general public, i purchased a Silverado from cutter Chevrolet ( another joke) please see my review of them, I had issues with the vehicle as it was still fresh at that time so it was WARRANTY work ( this means ANY CHEVROLET and or GMC dealer is required to take care of the factory defects),so I take it to them, they ( I forgot the service persons name) in turn tell me I have to go to cutter (again what a joke) then cutter wouldn't even come out to look at the issue , they stated "take a photo and text it to me", what is it with the CHEVROLET dealerships on this island , so far the best CHEVY experience FOR me has been w JN which I'm currently working with thru the Costco auto buy program, use this it will save you a few bucks, you get to see what actual costs are ( at least they say it is). I see a lot of people complaint about the Chevrolet dealers on this island, I think they become complacent and stop striving for self improvements as businesses to service our communities, if you want further data on anything here contact me at
[email protected] Sincerely and honestly A CHEVY LOVER

I didn't BUY my car there for a couple of reasons: first, they didn't even offer a Spark with a manual (and I won't buy an automatic), so that was pretty much a deal breaker. Second, their prices were on the order of about $6000 more than the dealership in California, so it was more cost-effective to go to California, buy the car, ship it back and save $5000. However, when one buys a new Chevy, a complimentary oil change is included ... and at $100+ for a synthetic oil change, I took my car to Servco last week. It was a challenge, but ended up okay. The visit did NOT start off well, although by the time the oil change was completed, I felt better about it. When I drove in, there were two lanes - both with signs indicating that customers should enter there. I drove in to what APPEARED to be the Chevrolet side (although I was ultimately told [quite rudely] that all cars are supposed to enter on the right-hand side, and there is no "Chevrolet" side nor any "Toyota" side). Now, how would a new customer know this? So, I got ignored while I waited on the left side while other cars entered, and were processed on the right. Ultimately, I tracked down that person who told me that all cars enter on the right. There were two service writers in their booths, and neither could be bothered to come out and speak with me. I was pretty cranky by the time I got someone who seemed willing to help. The oil change went well, and the service writer actually came in to tell me that the oil-change place I had taken it to previously hadn't tightened the filter properly, and as a result, oil had leaked onto the manifold ... causing a burning smell.

Im an auto tech, i own a gmc yukon, pretty much the same as a tahoe. Majority is. I called an asked for some information on my gmc. The lady wouldnt even transfer me to service pr parts. She just says "they wouldnt know because its not a chevy" i reminded her both is gm with the same platform. She still says "its not a chevy" i started laughing and just hung up. Theres no talking to someone who refuses to even try to see if i coukd get help.

I initially purchased my vehicle from Servco, which was a great experience but service is another story. I don't live in Waipahu but I drive here from town to get the full size truck serviced for the past two and a half years and not once did they finish the vehicle in a timely manner. They always tell me I didn't realize you were waiting here. I know they asked me when I made the appointment and also when I dropped off the car. I will have to find another place to get this truck serviced. Hopefully in town. It's too bad because I really wanted to like this place. Funny how service is their biggest money maker yet sales seems to have better reviews.

4 stars for my service advisor. This would have gotten 5 stars, but the service cashier lacked customer service. No greeting when I walked in and certainly no thank you as I left.

We took our 2007 chevy silverado truck to Servco Chevy in Waipahu because there was a tapping sound. We told them to see what was causing that, and to just check if there was anything else that was wrong with the truck since they were going to do diagnostics on it and was charging us $150.00 just for the diagnostics. It was strange because when my husband pulled up, they just looked at the truck and said they knew what was wrong cause they just worked on another truck and it was probably the same probably. The other truck was nothing like ours but we had them diagnose it anyway. Big mistake. We picked up the truck because according to what they felt it was it would have cost us anywhere between $9,000 - $14,000, mind you my husband has taken extremely good care of his truck from the day we bought it brand new. We decided to get a second opinion. When we went to pick it up the charge went from $150.00 to over $300 because they said they changed the oil for us. Well we did not request any oil change because we just had it changed a month ago. So they took off the cost for that. Our bill came out to $178.01. When my husband came home I looked at the bill and didn't understand why I was getting charged and extra $20.00 for "SHOP SUPPLIES". I confirmed with Chevy that they did not use any shop supplies and just did a diagnostic on us. Their own worker said that they don't know why they charge for shop supplies when none is used. They said their manager said the $20.00 was for the use and maintenance of their computers and things they use to do their diagnostics. I then asked if their manager could call me because I did not thing it was right to be charged for 'SHOP SUPPLIES" and then say it was part of our diagnostic fees. Their manager John Miles called me and explained that they charge everyone a 8% fee and call it shop supplies and that is for the maintenance of their equipment. Well first of all 8% of $150.00 is not $20.00, it is $12.00. Mr. Miles said if I want to get a refund for $8.00 then he can do that....lmao. I told him well I would prefer a $20.00 refund since they listed as shop supplies and did not use any shop supplies on our truck, but he said that was not going to happen. He would only refund $8.00. So just beware people of the fine print and how these big corporations penny and dime you for things that they didn't even use to service you. I do not understand why I should pay $150.00 diagnostic fees and then another 8% of my total bill for maintenance of their equipment. Shouldn't that already be part of the charge under the diagnostics? Big companies always ripping off people for every little dime they can. Definitely will not be taking our vehicle their ever again. Good year only charged us $78.00 and it wasn't even what Chevy said was wrong with our truck.

So I am really not one to write review but for this purchase I definitely had to. Came to Servco looking for a brand new car. I had a few options I had in mind but was unsure the best one for me. I met with Huy and explained a few of my options and questions I had about some cars I was looking into. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about each car and even showed me what each car has to offer and help me narrow down my options. By the end of the day I knew exactly what I wanted and left with a brand new car. Im beyond happy with my new purchase! Huy thank you so much for all of your knowledge and patience with me I couldn't have picked a better car for me! Thank you Ron for also helping me with all the paper work it was such a breeze to get through. Servco is a great place to look for any new or used car! I would definitely recommend! Check it out and ask for HUY!!!
