Be careful when picking up service loaner cars from this dealership. Take lots of pictures and videos. The dealership does not take photos of their loaner cars when checking them in or out. It's definitely my fault as well for not doing so. Service department tried to blame me and make me pay for what looks to be a small door ding on the passenger side of the car. I spoke with the service manager and explained that I drove the vehicle straight home and back to the dealership, and I've parked it on the street in front of my home where no car could possibly park on the passenger side of the vehicle and cause a door ding. I showed him the check in and check out odometer showing 25 miles which is exactly the round trip mileage from my home and back. I did not use the loaner at all besides to get to and from the dealership since they would not offer a shuttle to town. They have now blacklisted me from ever getting a loaner car for damage I did not cause. Normally any rental car company or dealership would not even care for damage less than a quarter and consider it normal wear and tear. This wasn't even the size of a dime. Ridiculous. Other than the frustration with the service loaner car, experience with the sales department is definitely 5 stars and exceptional. Service department is also great at getting your maintenance done and keeping you up to date. The issue with the service loaner car just ruined my entire experience with this dealership and I will ALWAYS take pictures of any loaner or rental car in the future.

Why even have a phone number of you can't get past the robo answer without an extension. Thanks for calling please dial an extension now. No prompts, no hold on for an operator, just the same message over and over. Pushing 0 gets you no where.

I started the process of putting down a deposit in early 2022, decided what truck I wanted and kept current with Derek, my salesman. A few weeks before the truck arrives I have my brand new 2022 Subaru Forester with ~8k miles appraised for a potential trade-in on a truck that came in that fit closely to the description of the truck I ordered; I was offered 31k for my car, which at the time I believed was low but came to accept as a loss. I decided to wait for the truck I ordered rather than buying the one that was available and would need another appraisal after time has passed..Six weeks later the truck I ordered is on-island, I do the “final” appraisal on the car and after over an hour of waiting Derek comes back to tell me they’re now offering $28k.. $3k less than just a few weeks ago. No one can explain how they got such a dramatic decrease and conveniently the manager who wrote the initial offer is now transferred.. THE WORST PART:they say they can’t find the original offer of $31k but the THE ORIGINAL offer is in my file with the date marked on it.. at the bottom, I see the original offer amount has been marked over with WHITE OUT.. the entire file is written in BLACK INK except for the numbers written over the white out, which is in BLUE INK..Changes the story, white out the original, say that there has been a “significant” drop in price of cars.. ridiculous. Scummy. Unprofessional.I don’t know who is responsible for these business practices, eluding me of the truth and saying they can’t “remember” anything from a few weeks back.. period point blank, if you change a price that dramatically have something to back it. Don’t try and HIDE it with white out. I took my deposit back and left. I’m disappointed that I’ve wasted so much time here.

Servco Waipahu is the best. Recently, my husband and I bought a brand-new Toyota 4Runner. JJ, our sales consultant, was the best. We were in desperate need of a new vehicle and JJ, along with the whole team, was very accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend visiting Servco Waipahu if you are looking for a new vehicle. Ask for JJ!

Bought a new Tacoma a few months ago and was absolutely blown away by the service. Tasha and Jacob were super friendly, helpful and patient. I wasn't able to make my original appointment but Tasha kindly assured that they can help me anytime and that's what they did. Tasha and Jacob stayed late just to help me get my new truck and they were super cool throughout the whole process. Absolutely recommend going to this dealer and contacting Tasha and Jacob!

Services are fine for regular maintenance and intervals. However, do not use this services department for major repairs. They do not have a running stock of OEM parts and you will be out of your vehicle for up to one week. Staff is courteous and helpful though.

TERRIBLE. Both dealership and service parts of this business are awful. We were lied to when buying our truck, told that it had "sold" in order to feel rushed to come back and make a quick buying decision. The salesman made up some story about the other buyers process, but the truck clearly hadn't moved. He proceeded to over charge and barley move on the price, bc of "other" interests. THEN months later we made an appointment to get a recall serviced. It was booked weeks in advance. An hour later we got a call saying that they never had the parts to fix it!! No apology. No effort to reschedule, or order parts. The worst service and buying process I've ever experienced.

I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from servco Chevrolet. There was a truck that was "in transit" that I was interested in and Joe Okabe made sure that he could do whatever he could to put a hold on that truck for me until it arrived for me to purchase. A lot of dealerships have mark ups on their vehicles especially after the pandemic but that's not what happens at servco. What you see on the window sticker is what you get and Joe also did his best to get me a solid discount. I got a discount for being a Costco member. Would definitely recommend this place If you're looking for a vehicle

What a breath of fresh air Victoria was! I been trying to have my truck serviced and called JN and Cutter. Both other dealerships are short staffed and either not taking appointments at all or are 5-6 weeks out. Both don't even answer or return phone calls. One call to Servco waipahu and was assured I'd be taken care of! Victoria scheduled me an appointment 2 weeks away but also said I could bring it in as an emergency walk in. So I dropped it off the next day! Matt was my service consultant that checked me in. He also was very nice. This place is just as busy as the other dealerships but they run like a well oil machine vs others being a hot mess! If you have a choice I'd highly suggest buying a Chevy from servco just because of their customer service! Awesome!

First and foremost ... SERVCO is the only dealership that doesn't mark up your vehicle price. So sticker price plus tax and your add ons is the price you pay. I bought 2 brand new tahoes from servco and the customer service is top notch. My sales guy is Ricky Takushi and I've purchased both brand new tahoes from him. I also sent my mom and sister to him as well. He took care of me and always kept me in the loop with my vehicle because I had to wait a few months as there is a vehicle shortage currently. I won't buy another vehicle from anywhere else or from anyone else! 10 outta 10 recommend lol
