i usually like Sephora, but most of the time it feels like getting assistance here is difficult. most of the staff seems busy. some of them were checking in with the other customers but not me. maybe everyone was just tired or having a long day. but i felt unsure about buying what I wanted and would've appreciated some assistance.

I had went into the store yesterday to get shade matched, i was in need of a new shade/foundation & concealer. As soon as i walked in the door, a worker greeted me and immediately found someone to assist me. Shanie helped me find a foundation, concealer, & color corrector. This was by far the best customer service experience i have ever had in any makeup store. I really appreciated the fact that she took the time to help me & didnt make me feel rushed. Thank you Shanie! 😁

It was amazing! The makeup products have such beautiful quality. I love the variety they hold so many shades, scents and etc. I was looking for perfume and makeup. Many of the staff quickly check in on me on how I was doing. They did an outstanding job on assisting me to make sure I got everything. I don't have much deep knowledge on makeup and perfume so they educated me a bit on what it is and what will work best for me. One suggested this perfume that was very specific to my needs that is within my budget. I also wanted a blush and a worker tested it on my face to see what shade would look good. Another chose me a good mascara that met my cost and told how much I should apply. I'm a very indecisive person so their advice and suggestions had help me to get the best one and it made my day. I overall had such a wonderful experience with them. I will always be happy to go shopping there again!

I visited Sephora this afternoon 11/2, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with one of the associates. The man who helped me at checkout, was not friendly or welcoming. When I politely asked if he could look up my credit card account since I’d forgotten my card at home, he responded in a bossy tone and spoke to me as if I didn’t understand the process, with other customers waiting behind me.
I felt disrespected and uncomfortable with his demeanor. Customer service should be about making the customer feel valued, not belittled. I won’t be returning to this location and will instead take my business somewhere that respects and appreciates its customers.

Tiffany was super nice! We came in pretty late and she was still welcoming and down to help me. She took a skin color match test for me and helped me try on brands she recommends. Super great service ?

Thankyou so much to Tiffany ????? I went there on a mission to find a better skin care routine, my face is so complicated with like being oily, prone to acne etc. Not only did she help me find exactly what I needed, she also explained every single product that I purchased. I’ve never had such GREAT experience in Sephora, this is the first for me. She knows what she’s talking about, and that helped me so much to understand the products. Tiffany shout out to you!!! You are an overachievers ? Thanks to you, my skin is already feeling so great . Much mahalos

Absolute garbage. Spent almost an hour with 2 employees who wasted my time by selling me on items they were not " authorized " to sell even though they were fully stocked on the shelf right next to the cash register. When I asked for a manager, it turned out to be one of the people I was talking to who was actually selling me on purchasing the items. "We'll get you a substitute instead " NOPE, F-OFF SEPHORA. CAN'T IMAGINE A WORST FIRST TIME SHOPPING EXPERIENCE HERE. NEVER RETURNING. EVER.

I love this sephora! I prefer to be left alone when shopping while listening to music and I appreciate the staff for giving me that space. They were also super helpful whenever I couldn't find a particular item. My most recent trip was yesterday when I went to buy makeup as holiday gifts for my relatives that don't have a sephora. Their deals this year are amazing! I personally didn't want holiday minis bc I want the gift to last them and I was pleased to find several full or moderately sized gift sets all $10-50 dollars! That fenty lip trio? A must. Tatcha skincare duos? Count me in. Overall happy with my experience. Got gifts for 3 people and all within budget.

I hate coming to this location but it's the closest to me. Most of the times I come here I encounter some rude employees, they just really seem to be judgmental especially when I'm checking out. There's one older lady with blonde hair and a guy (whom I think is the manager) that always have a tone in their voice when they talk to me, it's like they think I'm dumb and don't know what I'm doing in a makeup store or I'm too young to be in there when I'm in fact in my 20s lol. They seem to treat me better when I come in with my mom which I'm guessing is because she's clearly an adult. I do have some good experiences with all other employees that are not the two I've mentioned above, but it just seems I don't encounter them as often. And besides the customer service, the store is pretty great, they have a lot of products in quite a small space. The only other flaw is that a lot of products are always low/out of stock. Overall, I have a pretty uncomfortable experience when coming here. Hence why I always opt to shop online or at a different location. Hopefully the company can have their employees practice better customer service and stop being so prejudice.

I used to like going to Sephora until I went to this one. The workers here on this particular day didn't greet me. Also there was some male person watching me like I was going to steal something. I still did my shopping but I won't be back. Really uncomfortable shopping experience. I don't recommend shopping at this location. Pearlridge has much better customer service.
