I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your store. My friend, our three children, and I stopped by to purchase some toys, but unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with one of your employees.
When we arrived at the toy aisle, a staff member appeared visibly irritated and was organizing the shelves rather aggressively, slamming toys onto the racks. I initially didn’t think much of it, assuming she might simply be having a long day. However, shortly after my friend arrived with her two children, the employee began scolding her, saying, “This is not a playground. If you want to buy toys, put your kids in the cart—they can’t be walking around here.” My friend calmly explained that she JUST put them down and the children were only choosing the toys they wanted, but the staff member continued to raise her voice, insisting that it was “store policy” for children to remain in the cart and that if we didn’t comply, we should leave. This exchange was not only unnecessary but also very disrespectful. To make matters worse, as I was leaving after paying, I overheard the same employee tell a coworker, “They always want to come around this time,” in reference to us. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially toward loyal customers.
I have been shopping at your store for nearly a decade and have always appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and good service. This experience, however, has left me deeply disappointed. The employee in question was a Polynesian woman with long, thick hair—someone I believe may hold a supervisory or managerial role, as I have seen her in the store multiple times before. While I understand that retail can be stressful, it is never appropriate to take frustrations out on customers. I hope management will address this matter seriously to ensure other families do not have a similar experience.

Large selection. Prices on womens' blouses seemed a little inflated, ie $15 typically. Great pants selectiom for men. Clean and well kept.

If you are looking for cheap thrift shops, I don’t recommend this store. The prices are totally insane. For example, brands like Madewell, Zara, Reformation, and Eddie Bauer are priced between $15 and $40, which is pretty high. Thrift shops are supposed to have affordable prices.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Rude female staff. The place is overpriced and ladies are not helpful and customer service needs improvement. Not recommended.

I’ve never been more disrespected as a customer than I was at this store. I tried to purchase an item that was missing a price tag, and despite making it clear that I was more than willing to pay whatever price was needed, the staff flat out humiliated me. As they stood around snickering in Filipino, I was ridiculed and humiliated in front of other customers. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, the situation escalated to the point where I was told the police might be called because it was past closing time despite me doing nothing more than asking to buy an item. I was calm and respectful throughout, but their response was aggressive and completely out of line.
Like others have said in other reviews they quickly treat people like criminals. No one should be treated this way, and I sincerely hope management addresses the disgraceful behavior of their staff. I can’t recommend this place to anyone.

Prices are insane. Most things are priced higher or maybe $10-20 less than the original tags still on. Absolutely wild. You'll find tons of fakes/knock offs in the "boutique" section up front for hundreds. Even the authentic items have crazy retail prices. They get items for FREE then try to sell at retail or higher prices. Company needs a reality check. This company is not here to help anyone out except for the higher ups pockets. The workers will intrusively inspect what you bought at checkout (even in self check out) to make sure item is priced high enough and make comments. The audacity is unreal for items they got for FREE.

Friendly staff but it is horribly over priced. I saw tons of used items that were more expensive than brand new items.

The tag policy is stupid. The items are way overpriced than when it was before. I picked out many items and when I went to scan them, the worker told me I couldn’t purchase the items because the clothes and tags were looking worn out and missing?? Another worker came up and said “there have many incidents like you people coming in here and doing this”. She racially profiled me and didn’t realize she was in the wrong. I thought savers was suppose to be a store for the people in need but I was wrong. DO BETTER!
