While agreeing to a month-long rental, the customer noted the cost included taxes and a drop-off/pick-up fee. The process involved providing contact information, including a social security number for qualification, and completing paperwork via email. The refrigerator was delivered the same afternoon, allowing the customer to save most of their frozen and refrigerated items. Another customer highlighted the excellent customer service, specifically mentioning a representative who was able to answer questions and arrange for an item pickup the next day, all within a short timeframe. This representative was described as kind, polite, and providing very good customer service, deserving an excellent rating. While the customer service is generally accommodating and professional, one customer encountered an issue with equipment. Upon receiving a PlayStation 5, it would not turn on. The following day, they were informed there was nothing that could be done until the next day, despite rushing to the store before closing. Despite this equipment issue, the overall customer service was still described as accommodating and very good.
Sammy was my representative and she was awesome. I called in the last 5 minutes before closing and she was able to answer my questions and setup what I needed and picked up my item the next day less than a half hour of paperwork or faster. Definitely underrated, above and beyond five stars!
