The money we sent out June 19, 2018 was suppose to be received by a friend in the Philippines by June 27th. It's now July 9, and our friend STILL does not have the money in her account. These people are TERRIBLE! I am currently complaining to the BBB and possibly the police. The money was for a partial payment for a condo. We are now being assessed a late fee because of these folks' incompetence. No email or call to tell us that they were having issues, but it's been a week now of trying to get them to deposited the money into our friend's account. All we get is a promise to get a call back. Three times they assured us the money will be there "tomorrow". Ummm... Over 3 weeks later, still nothing. I am enraged by the incompetence!! They were great before. Now, I have to think twice before using them again!

Friendly filipino staffs.. They will attend you as soon as they can.. But remittance fee a little bit pricey unlike the others but far more cheaper than western union and money gram.

They need to ensure that all their customers' information are secure! Papers with all confidential information are on the table face up and are very visible to other customers! Frustrating!

Before moving to Seafood City, I had no problems with my transactions. Today was the first time I went to their new location and I must say, WORST EXPERIENCE. It was horrible. I got there around 10:45am. There were 2 cashier windows, about 6-7 people already in line. I waited for about 20 minutes before it was my turn. Window 2 was open but she said Western Union customers go to window 1. First, they should have a sign. The cashier in window 1 stopped in the middle of her transaction to use the restroom, I thought that was very unprofessional. While I was waiting, an older woman was turned away from window 2 because she wanted to use Western Union as well. When window 1's first transaction finished, the older lady went ahead of me. I thought the cashier should've said something because I have been waiting there now for 45 minutes. Afterwards, I went ahead and gave her my papers, my thoughts of this cashier is that she is very slow moving. Yelp requires a star rating, but I WOULD NOT GIVE THIS A STAR AT ALL. I think the cashier's name is Lori, possibly starting with an L. ANYWAYS, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I used to usually go to this location nowadays other than the downtown location because of major conveniency reasons. First of all, it is a lot closer to where I live. It is conveniently locate right around the Waipahu Shopping Plaza area on Leoku St. Kinda where McDonalds is at which is right next to it. The parking is free unlike downtown where you have to search for metered parking or go into a parking garage or something. The staff and customer service is good. I got my monthly or every other month remittances in. The service charge is send money is around 8 or 9 dollars depending on how much you are sending. They remit either with PNB (Philippine National Bank) or with Western Union. The process for remitting is usually smooth. Sometimes you may have to wait a while depending on what time you go and if there are other people waiting in line. Overall, if you are looking for a place to send money to family and friends in the Philippines, PNB is the spot to go to for sure.

For the ease it takes to send money to family in the Philippines,I have to rate them 4 stars! Its a "hidden spot" located in Waipahu. Its in the complex next to McDonalds, near the Pizza Hut takeout place. Go in, bring some cash, fill out some paperwork, and off you go. The fees they charge are based on the amount youre sending. I'll write another edit my review at another time with rates.
