I have been going to Pinkys for years now and always had my services done by Creeland who is excellent. I called last week to make an appointment with Creeland for Microblading touch up and eyeliner which the receptionist told me Creeland could do 50.00 eyeliner for model. I had that done before too. So I made my appointment and a few days ago she called and told me that Creeland doesn’t do eyeliner anymore and would have Kendrana do my eyeliner and there was a Mother’s Day special that if you do it before Mother’s Day you get 100.00 off. So she said with my deposit of 50.00 that I put down and the Mother’s Day special, I would have to pay 50.00 more for the service. I made the appointment which was for tomorrow 5-9-24. I get a text today saying that there was some kind of miscommunication and that the 100.00 does not apply to my service. I called and she really couldn’t even give me a price because she said that Kendrana does her own pricing and it all depends on how she does the eyeliner. They said they would give me a discount for the miscommunication but I refused being that she couldn’t even give me a price on the eyeliner. And I find it strange that the artist charges you on how she does your eyeliner so does that mean she gives you a price after she is done? I cannot tell you how disappointing this whole thing is and I had a Microblading appointment with Creeland too but I just thought this was all so unacceptable that I cancelled both appointments and hopefully they will refund my two 50.00 deposits. Again very disappointed with all of this because I have been going there for years. I just wanted to throw this out there so whoever makes an appointment, make sure you know how much everything is going to cost!

Highly satisfied with the work that Mia did. I had the hybrid with wispy lashes. Very calming experience and Mia was extremely sweet. Will be back for sure. Booking is easy online. Only drawback is that there are no curtains between clients so privacy is limited.

I am thrilled with the exceptional lash work done by MIA. Her meticulous application and personalized approach created the perfect set of lashes for me. I went here today, 7 Feb 24 for the first time and I'm so glad I did. The front receptionist, Kendra was amazing from start to finish. I called ahead because I wasn't sure what kind of eyelash extensions would suit me the best. She was so polite. She answered my questions and helped me picked the best look for me. My tech Johvana was also amazing. She gave me the natural, and classy look I wanted. I love them. I'll definitely be back.

I finally gave into the lash trend and decided to get extensions. I picked Pinky's because it's close to home and had availability the next day. I make my appointment, arrive to the appointment, check in and everything is great. I got my extensions by Jovanna. She was sweet and very friendly. I was even able to take a nap. I got done and I was very happy with the result. After following the instructions, later on that same day I noticed that I was losing quite a few lashes. Day 2, I noticed I was losing even more. So I reached out via email because I work nights but got nothing. I attempted to call in the morning after I got off and wasn't able to get through. Now I'm on Day 3 and the lashes are holding on for bare life. I feel as if they intentionally wait out the 3 day fix policy to keep from having to replace the lashes.

Creeland has been doing my lashes since and only when I always move back to Hawaii. Not only he is amazing his whole team! No regrets and have recommended many of my friends there nothing but the best!!! Best in island

I felt lucky to get a next day appointment w a "student" who was very friendly and experienced. Kara was warm, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. She delivered exactly the look I was asking for while making sure I was comfortable the whole time.

I love Pinky's. Located on the 2nd floor of the 2 story strip mall across from 7-11 and the car wash in waipio. I'm always on and off when it comes getting lash extensions but when I have them, I'm in looove with my eyes. I've been here plenty of times over the years and have seen multiple technicians. All of which have been super gentle, friendly, and great at their craft. The inside isn't the biggest but has some cute decor. And the receptionists I've encountered have been very chatty and welcoming. It's a very comfortable space. Their main hustle at this establishment is lash focused services but they have other services available. They had a little specials board that highlighted certain services for that week/month (I'm not too sure how often they change it). TBH, that's how I found out they do facials and other services... but that's my fault for being hyper focused on only viewing one service. Definitely give this place a try the next time you're looking for a lash artist or esthetician or just looking for a relaxing facial in the area.

I have been coming here for lash services for 4 years now, and I am always super happy with the result. At first, I was consistently seeing the same person for lash extensions, and another for brow waxing, but both people moved. I proceeded to instead go to Carley for lashes and have been for almost 2 years now ? She makes me feel comfortable before my nap (lol) and at times when I wanted to change my length/curl, she accepted and delivered my desired look! I get compliments and recommend this place when asked where I go. Thank you Pinkys!!

It was a great experience to be here. I received a facial, and not only was it professional, but it was also very friendly and I was given high quality advice on things I could do to better the condition of my skin. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love these guys - they are the best!! I've been going to this salon since 2017, when it was in Wahiawa, and have never gone anywhere else! I usually see Creeland or his wife Kim, but all of the technicians do exceptional work! I've recommended some people to them, and everyone who has gone there has been extremely happy with the work! Whenever anyone asks about my where I get my lashes, I always tell them to go to Pinkys Beauty Box- that it is highly, highly recommended.

I had to cancel with my favorite technician due to my work because I was mandatoried at work. The receptionist told me that her manager told her there will be a 50% charge of what I normally pay bcuz cancelation is less than 24hrs notice. I told them out of all the time I have been coming, this is the 1st time I am cancelling and this os not what I wanted as I needed my lashes filled. But I was still advised that I have to pay the cancelation fee. Oh well, there are other places that are better and worth my business. I will tell all my friends not to go to Pinky's anymore

i have been coming to pinkys for like 2 years, never had any issues until now. got my lashes done through the lash model service, during the service it was fine but my eyes were burning during and after. I woke up the next day to my eyes unbearably burning so much swollen shut, i tried flushing it out and a film like silicone chunks were coming out. all day my eye was shut and silicone pieces were coming out. i went to the hospital and had them saline flush it, still infected and silicone coming out. went to pinks the following day to try and get a refund and was told they would remove it but not refund me as i was paying for the time the girl took to do my lashes. i understand that, but if she put silicone in my eyes i should be refunded. i asked if they removed it if i would get a refund and they said no. i think it's absolutely ridiculous that they basically wanted me to pay $80 for no lashes and a eye infection. extremely extremely saddened as i loved coming here. just wish they would have addressed it differently. the girl at the front desk needs better customer service as well. extremely condescending and essentially made like i was stupid for questioning why i want a refund even though they were going to remove it.
