Store layout is nice but there are so many holes on fixtures on the walls everywhere. There is no product on the floor and they are just trying to make it look like there is. Clothes are getting over priced. If it's not an additional off clearance there is no reason to shop there.

I usually just shop at Carter's but I stopped here first today and I'm glad I did. They have similar offers since they're owned together. This location was very well organized and clean. I needed size 2T and could easily find it throughout the store. Good sized clearance section. The sales associates were friendly. It can get a little crowded inside because they offer sizes for little babies to kids 14 but I like the wide selection. The clothes are very affordable with the offered deals.

This store like Carters is located in an outlet mall but it's not an outlet store. Usually Carters and OshKosh are connected but not in this location, they are a few doors down from each other. I was a bit disappointed in the selection. We were looking for some fun dresses and they didn't have much in my daughter's size. Staff extremely friendly and helping, very attentive. No complaints there. It's worth stopping in for sure. We were just looking for a better selection.

I came in eager to spend a pretty penny on some new threads for my lil one. I wasn't able to find the sizes in certain items in store and so I asked if they could be ordered and shipped to me instead. The assistant manager told me that they'd be able to help me with that. Ok fine. I also let them know that I had "fun cash" that I wanted to use. Now, seeing that you're an assistant manager, I'd think that you are well versed on how to use and ring up customers who want to use fun cash for their transactions. NOPE. Wrong! Not only did the assistant manager confuse herself about what items I wanted to order an in what sizes but they also managed to NOT know how to process fun cash. Almost an entire hour later, I decided that I'd had more than enough. I pretty much canceled my entire order, all but 3 clearance items. I went from almost spending $250 to spending under $20. Yup. I can't imagine how irritated the other customers were. I felt so horrible but I knew it wasn't my fault, not at all. The other store associate who was NOT the assistant manager was the one who seemed like they knew more about fun cash and how to process it. Not only that but the NON-manager was the one who knew where to find the written instructions on how to use it and what the limitations and things on it were. I will NOT be coming back here. This was worse than pulling out teeth. This was like pulling teeth, pulling hair and knocking yourself while shaving all at the same time kinda bad. NO MO!

Besides being annoyed at some lady talking about how stupid stores in Hawaii are...there was only one clerk working. Took foooooorever to ring up the person in front of me. 10 minutes later, it's finally my turn. Instead of asking if I'd like email receipts like the girl at carters did, this cashier turns the pin pad toward herself and bypasses everything it asks me. Why even offer these things if your cashier doesn't extend the offer to the customer? The store is a complete mess so forget trying to find anything. Boxes all over the place, shoes all over the floor. Thank god I carried my baby and didn't bring the stroller-I wouldn't even fit. Maybe someone called in sick? At least keep your mess in the back room! Shoot me if I ever come back here!!!
