“We have used Burt and Integrity Office Equipment on two occasions already and all I can say is that they really know what they are doing and truly gave us superior customer service. The owner, Burt, is very pleasant and professional. The first time I used them, I had called numerous companies to find out what was wrong with my $4000 HP printer, which I had hardly used. No one could figure it out but Burt did, got the part ordered, and repaired it promptly. I was so happy to get my printer back. The second time was a more routine matter of wiring up our office network and that also went off without a hitch. I highly recommend Burt for your next office equipment or other IT need.”

“Conrad Enterprises is my go-to for office furniture and supplies. They have deep local stock of common office supplies and can special order from a huge catalog that they give you that I keep on my desk. Best part is that they'll deliver your order if it's more than $25 which is a huge plus (and it's faster than Amazon). But, most importantly, this is a family run business that provides excellent customer service to me and my company; I just call Terri, and not a 1-800 number. “Needed a cartridge "today" and they certainly came through! A little hard to find but so worth the trouble. Parking is shared by many but I got 1 near their entrance. Service is AWESOME, friendly, and real. Price was so affordable! My wandering eye reminded me my home printer needed ink as well and it was pulled right off the shelf. Definitely a one-stop shop!”

We received the phone booth in an applicable time frame they said they would deliver by. The installation service was nothing short of exemptional, from the coordination to the finish product. “I have had the pleasure of using Xerox Hawaii products and services during my time working for the Federal Government in addition to my post-government career. The work we did during my government career required endless amounts of scanning, printing, and copying - Contracting is all about paperwork and documentation. The package our office got included a pretty fantastic maintenance and support bonus so we never had to worry about anything being "down" for a period that would have prevented us from completing daily tasks at hand. All in all, I'd recommend Xerox Hawaii for any company wanting to ensure they have the most efficient office printing products and support available.”

“After 20+ years of doing toner shopping, I finally found the diamond in the rough with EDP. I had been purchasing toner from local office supply stores and online and it was a hit-or-miss routine. Sometimes I was able to get my cartridges, sometimes backordered, and then, I would have to wait for them to be shipped. Ugh! I need it relatively NOW! Francis F. Has been my lifesaver many a time, delivering cartridges on almost upon request. We have many different printers throughout our office and he always lets me know promptly, either via phone or email, if EDP is out of stock and if there are specials and promos available. I recently added a new toner to my list and he advised to get it either online or at a local office supply store as it is not one that they usually stock. This kind of customer service is very important to me. He has also helped me troubleshoot a malfunctioning printer from time to time. Way outside of his job requirement! I receive 5-6 calls a year from mainland vendors regarding toner, and I tell them all the same thing; I have the best supplier ever and I have no intention of switching, so go bother someone else. (Ok, no, I didn't say that last part, but I so wanted to!) Call Francis F. at EDP and get your toners, today!!”

“As a medical sales consultant from time to time I am asked by my valued customers as to who would be the best scale co. here locally that will be able to address their medical professional scale needs. A place where all the boxes are checked off-staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, price is honest/fair, & where the repair service is offered either at their Hau St. shop location or @ their facilities practice location. And for me throughout the years whenever I have a customer who inquires, I won't hesitate to call or stop by to discuss my medical professional scale business needs with Yuni, the propitiator. As a service to my customers I act as a liaison where I make the connection between both parties. Although, Young Scale Co.in addition also sells/service supermarket, food service/restaurant scale needs, as well as business money processing machines. I 1st met Yuni during her many years in business @ her old Wailalae Ave location, as she has always been my 1 stop scale company where I would know through past experiences that she would always follow up and take excellent care of my customers needs. Recently, I went looking for her shop and realized she had closed??? Having my "uh huh" moment I decided to search for her company on my trusty Yelp app. and upon realizing that she had moved, I decided to drive to her Kalihi location to "talk shop". Onwards, I stopped by and I entered through the ajar door, so I didn't have the need to ring the door buzzer intercom/video. After exchanging pleasantries, our small talk conversation lead her to tell me that she has been at her Hau St, location for 6 years now. Wow! Where have I been? Time is no doubt passing "bye, bye" much too quickly.”

“My mom won an Underwood typewriter in 1960 for a high school essay she wrote. She recently gave us this machine and my daughter loves typing on it, but the 'y' key was broken. I took it to PF Electric and it was fixed in a week and runs so smoothly. I also bought a replacement ribbon, rather than guess which one will work online. Excellent customer service on the phone and in person. And the location is easy to get to with parking right in front.”

“First time shopping at this location. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a couple of salespersons. One of them walked me over to the paint markers I was interested in. Then, while I walked to another part of the store browsing at UPS Battery Backups, another salesperson came to ask me if I needed assistance. I inquired if the one I was looking at ever goes on sale and she did a price match on her device and found I could get it at a cheaper price and there was no sale sign posted in the store. That was a pleasant surprise. She even informed the cashier ahead of time so I didn't have any issues at the register. Everyone seemed helpful and polite. No pushy atmosphere. When I researched the price when I got home, I found the price OfficeMax gave me was way cheaper than BestBuy, Walmart and Amazon. I'll definitely come back to shop here.”
