Very poor customer service. They lost my parents' box. Never called us back. No responses from our inquiries. I heard from other people that they deliver late. more than 3 months. Stay away from this business

For years we have sent boxes thru them. It does get there in 6 wks intact. I like howw how we would call, then they come, go over the list. Check the box, if not tied well they use straps. Then finish the paperwork, about ten to fifteen mins per box.Last day of Feb a box to my aging mom in law. Elderly supplies.Then this whole covid quarantine happened. Guess what? Apr 15 the box arrived in Zambales. ..

If i could give a negative star - i would!! Sent my box in July and called their office and i was promised that my box will be delivered tomorrow for 2 weeks and finally got a hold ofvthem again and was informed that my box will be arriving September 20 and another weeks to get released and delivered!!! Will never send box from this company anymore!! Poor service!!!!!

I may have to call them soon enough. We sent a Large Balikbayan box to Phils Metro MLA way back in January 5, 2019. Well, it's now Feb 17, 2019 and my cousin said there's no box delivered yet. I don't know if it takes six (6) weeks, so I will patiently wait for another few days to ease my complaint. Otherwise my review

I sent a box to a friend in the Philippines with them 6 month ago. A guy picked it up at my shop and that was the last time this box was seen. Not sure if it ever made to the destination. I asked about it many times. First they said they will search for it and now they don't even respond to my E-Mails. No refund nothing. Not sure if this business is even legit. My friend over there can't get any answers either.

Very poor service from manager in the Waipahu branch. Not very customer oriented and just out to make a sale. Poor service from tracking service. Going to file legal court proceedings again millennium. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTIST.
