“We went shopping for new beds (twin xl and full) on 1/1/24 at the Pearl City BedMart store. As soon as we entered the store we were pleasantly welcomed by Ms. Maria Higa, sleep consultant. It was a nice first impression of the place. Maria asked us how she could help us and after we told her what we were shopping for, she gave us her full attention to help us find what we were looking for. She was easy to talk to, patient and very knowledgable of the bed products. She did not pressure us or try to steer us to purchase any particular bed mattress or frame. She showed us a bunch of mattresses and frames she thought we’d like and let us try out each one. Her customer service was excellent! We ended up buying two each mattresses, adjustable bed frames, pillows, sheets and mattress protectors. Delivery and installation by Solo and Rick went smoothly. Great communication prior to arrival, quick set up and demonstration of how to use adjustable bed frame remote controls and friendly service. We love our new beds and everything else we purchased from BedMart. We highly recommend BedMart to any potential buyers.”

“Purchased a new TEMPUR-PEDIC mattress and Ergo Smart base. Sales rep. Dayna was easy to deal with. Initially purchased a firmer mattress that needed to be exchanged for a softer one. Came back into the store and Dayna listened to our concerns. She told us to take our time feeling the mattresses out and did the exchange without any issues. The store is clean, offers many options, including TEMPUR-PEDIC, customer service was great, and we were able to exchange our mattress without any issues. Love the new mattress and so glad Dayna was our sales rep for both transactions (initial purchase and exchange). 5 stars for Dayna!”
