There's not a lot to see here. Small outlet, so go to the bigger one downtown

I haven't yelped reviewed in so long but this I had too.... Worst!!!! customer service ever! They judge me from the get go i walked into the store. I was with my toddler and from the start, they did not greet me or asked me if I needed help. Sorry to say but the old fat bitch that thinks she's young with blonde hair dare to ask me "oh you need help" as soon as I asked for a price and wanted to ask more questions. A lady Asian tourist walked in , flashy then me! That employee runs to her and ask her if she needed help. The other 2 employee did not even bother to assist me! Just bad bad bad customer service and poor judgment on people. Just FYI I am a nurse navigator! I make more than all 3 or all your employees in that store combined. Your lost , I was going to purchase 3 bags that day! Poor Marc jacobs have to hire these poor customer service employees! Esp that fat old bitch with blonde hair that judge me from the start. How effen rude! I hope the manager or owner sees these poor comments! I'm sorry but they lost my business. So I went to Tory Burch and spent 2k. That's about a few days of work money.

I began to like the bags in Marc jacobs store and purchased more than $500(2 bags WITHOUT DUST BAG) but I had a bad experience in this store so I won’t ever buy bags here anymore or any kind of product of Marc jacobs. And you need to check your purchased before leaving because there’s NO EXCHANGE, RETURN OR REFUND.

The only time I was greeted in here was at the door entering and exiting. Other than that I guess since I don't look flashy or what not no one else provided customer service. The workers kinda just look at you and base on their judgement they will help you or not. Sad.

Came in twice, once with my mom and once alone, both times no one greeted either of us. The workers just chitchatted in the back and kind of side eyed us. Not a welcoming experience.

The star review is based on customer service, I walked in one person greeted me and that's it for the whole time I was in the store unless I had questions and physically trying on a purse. I was honestly going to buy more items because I appreciate the brand compare to the store near by. The ladies that were working there only paid attention to one customer because she was looking more financially capable compare to me that only carries a sport knapsack etc ( basically don't go here if your looking bummy) or else you won't get service. Also, they are not honest with the price of a shopping bag. I bought a small bag wallet and still managed to charge me $0.15 if that was disclosed I would've just put the purchased wallet on my non-branded backpack. I don't think I'll be going to store ever nor buy from this company. Also, I felt bullied because I'm from out of state so they kept saying "buying our purses save you tax and can buy us Starbucks " that's pretty bold for them to say stuff like that to customer. Jokes a side but I don't think that was funny. I probably should've just left the store after all the negative interaction but what can I do? Yet, I still supported the brand and bought an item and came home with questionable customer satisfaction. Moral of the story don't judge people by it's cover.
