This is my favorite place to buy plants, mostly starter herbs, as they rotate fast here. I love the location and its accessibility AND that you don't have to go into the actual store for anything (unless you want to) as all your gardening supplies are in one place. The plants are separated by how you're supposed to plant them and where according to sun exposure, more, less, shade, no shade, etc. Big plants, small plants, big pots, small pots, half wine barrels, wheel barrows, shovels, hoes, trowels, pavers, it's just a gardener's delight here. There's also a great selection of soil to replant from regular potting mix to orchid mix and all the fertilizer you'll need for the season. All the plants are healthy, I've never had to return anything or been disappointed with the advice I've been given. You can literally park within twenty feet of the entrance/exit and the usually have the boxes to carry away all your little baby plants in. Pets are welcome, another reason I like to frequent this store.

Lowe's is absolutely the WORST!! They delivered a dirty and damaged refrigerator to my home and then refused to exchange it. Instead, they told me they had to pick it up and leave me with no refrigerator for days until another one could be delivered. Or pay for a whole new one to get the exchange at the same time. Really?? Never have I ever heard of such an appalling process. Go elsewhere to purchase your appliances, where they care about their customers. Lowe's is not the place!

I understand why Lowe's has collective rating of 2 stars. Let's talk story... I just bought a $1000 Samsung fridge. Price was good considering it was on sale. Hence the 2 stars. Told me it could deliver the same week on a Sunday. SOLD! Then came Sunday and they said postponed delivery for a month out. They claim that there was a dent on the fridge. Ok fine, i'll wait a month for a perfect one even though the selling point was that I could have got it that week. A month goes by and delivery day arrived and est time to arrive is 930am. The day of, they rescheduled for 2pm. Yikes, guess i'm stuck at home all day. 315pm rolls by and then I get a text saying i'm next in line. Annoyed by the constant delays, the delivery guys arrive and tell us we can't connect your waterline to your fridge because it's copper. Um, how bout a warning upon sale. Most people don't know how to disconnect the water line from the plumbing then connect it to a new fridge. Even though i've never done it before, thank goodness i'm slightly handy and own tools. NOTE: Lesson for fridge buyers is apparantly you need skills and tools or a plumber on hand upon fridge delivery. They probably won't take your old fridge either if you can't disconncect the waterline from it. (as I read other people's horror stories). Even read in other posts that the delivery people might not even be Lowe's employees but a contracted company. 2nd NOTE: Lesson for Lowe's, how about implementing a COMPLETE servicing from sale to delivery. Or how about complete transparancy before delivery so customers are aware of the prep needed upon delivery.

I bought a microwave and a washer. They delivered the washer and not the microwave. I called them at least 5 times and every time I call I have to update my phone number which they supposed to have already. After getting tired of calling them I ask the person in charge of customer service to deliver my microwabe if not I might have to pick it up myself...WORST service ever had in my entire life.

Zero stars but they made me add one to leave this review... and I'm not one to leave reviews This has been the worst experience with a big ticket item in my life. We got a washer and dryer. Was supposed to be delivered Thursday. Washer was dropped off but dryer was taken back because they said it was damaged. Fine. I stop by the store later that day to buy a clothes line and reschedule a dryer delivery. They said sorry it's too late to schedule a delivery for that day. I say fine and schedule it for Sunday. I go back home and find out the washer doesn't work. I go back the next day thinking whatever, no big deal. Just bring it with the dryer on Sunday. Sunday gets here and I'm told sorry there was an error on our side and you don't get the washer today. I'm like come on, I've talked to you everyday since this happened to avoid this situation.... I work in the morning I can't be there for the delivery until 1pm. Fine we'll schedule you for 1pm tomorrow. But you have to repurchase the washer.... It's 4pm and I didn't realize they set me up for a delivery time from 2-6pm... I'm like really... I have to work at 12:30am my bedtime is between 6-7pm.... Not to mention I have a pile of laundry........

Do not buy appliances from Lowe's. Refrigerator was damaged during the installation. Lowe's would replace the appliance. We would have to pay for a new one.

Been coming to the Waikele Lowe's for years and due to a kitchen and bath remodel I've been going to the home improvement stores frequently I had to post that this store's Customer service has improved dramatically. Last week I was looking for flooring and an associate walked up to me before I even need help. My husband even mentioned that it was rare not to have to look around for help as we have to at the competition. Later another associate helped me to check inventory and as I was looking for the samples to bring home he even marked out a plank as a sample for me to bring home. Last week we also went in for a microwave. Went to 3 places and this store was the only one that had it in stock. It was $10 more than the lowest prices store who told me it was back ordered but $30 less than the other big box competitor. I'm so happy to see a store that can manage to attract and train good employees!

Go there for purchasing odds and ends (tools and supplies needs for house and garden). Always asked about being in military for discount but difficult to get their card so do not get it. I have a notation on my driver's license as being a veteran of the military so what can they not accept this.

We received excellent assistance by Brandon to find a particular screw and tool for our shower door handle Without his help, along with Kizzy in the screw department, it would've taken us hours to find what we needed or more likely never found it. A special shout out to those two Lowes employees.

They really have good sales on appliances . But during the ending of November me and my mom went. It was busy. We waited for about an hour to get called as we put our name on the list. And majority all their appliances sold out so we have to wait for a month to put an order in for a new fridge. Received the fridge 3 weeks later. Overall it's good just the wait time was long.

It's hit or miss if we can get good customer service, most staff seem too busy. Only the Cashiers smile and are helpful with information on product or pricing.
