I really like this Lowe's. Be honest with you I don't normally like Lowe's but this one was great. The layout made things really easy to find. The employees are really nice and helpful. I picked up several chest coolers and tool boxes here and they really stick with you and help as much as you need loading into your truck. Great group

Today, I went to Lowe's to purchase a $1400 Grill and some accessories. I asked for the manager, and Kalani, an employee, said he was no longer there; then I said what do you mean he left for the day and he said yes. I asked if I could speak to the manager on duty, and he said I am the manager. I told him I was interested in purchasing the Webber grill and accessories. He said he was busy and would be right with me. I waited 20 minutes and saw him, and he said he was still busy; 10 minutes later, I walked out the door. Lowe's seems to care about something other than making a sale. Many employees walk around, but when asked questions, they reply that it's not my area—inferior customer service.

Washer broke down, needed a new one, walked in/ walked out 20 minutes new washer ordered and set for delivery first thing Monday. Fast and easy great service, highly recommend this Lowe's location.

Worst store EVER. Tried to return an item, seven people waiting in line in front of me, two women behind the counter, just talking story. When I stepped out of the line and asked one of them for help with the return, she told me they only handled online orders. There was NO ONE at the return desk! What a messy store too....boxes and rubbish all over the place. Bah, Humbug.

Been going there since I moved to Waipahu about 18 years usually good prices but always great help. Whenever I need help in the nuts and bolt section with screens and hardware my buddy Robert is on top of his section anytime I need anything he's the best! Took my son to buy some paint and while we were there I started looking around and found a DeWAHT battery pack charger to charge my phone, my laptop, tablet or any other type C device and it was on sale for a good price except for DeWAHT so I pick up a couple of them just to have it case the power goes out. It works fantastic!

Lowe’s is absolutely the WORST!! They delivered a dirty and damaged refrigerator to my home and then refused to exchange it. Instead, they told me they had to pick it up and leave me with no refrigerator for days until another one could be delivered. Or pay for a whole new one to get the exchange at the same time. Really?? Never have I ever heard of such an appalling process. Go elsewhere to purchase your appliances, where they care about their customers. Lowe’s is not the place!
