Zero stars but they made me add one to leave this review... and I'm not one to leave reviews This has been the worst experience with a big ticket item in my life. We got a washer and dryer. Was supposed to be delivered Thursday. Washer was dropped off but dryer was taken back because they said it was damaged. Fine. I stop by the store later that day to buy a clothes line and reschedule a dryer delivery. They said sorry it's too late to schedule a delivery for that day. I say fine and schedule it for Sunday. I go back home and find out the washer doesn't work. I go back the next day thinking whatever, no big deal. Just bring it with the dryer on Sunday. Sunday gets here and I'm told sorry there was an error on our side and you don't get the washer today. I'm like come on, I've talked to you everyday since this happened to avoid this situation.... I work in the morning I can't be there for the delivery until 1pm. Fine we'll schedule you for 1pm tomorrow. But you have to repurchase the washer.... It's 4pm and I didn't realize they set me up for a delivery time from 2-6pm... I'm like really... I have to work at 12:30am my bedtime is between 6-7pm.... Not to mention I have a pile of laundry........

Do not buy appliances from Lowe's. Refrigerator was damaged during the installation. Lowe's would replace the appliance. We would have to pay for a new one.

Been coming to the Waikele Lowe's for years and due to a kitchen and bath remodel I've been going to the home improvement stores frequently I had to post that this store's Customer service has improved dramatically. Last week I was looking for flooring and an associate walked up to me before I even need help. My husband even mentioned that it was rare not to have to look around for help as we have to at the competition. Later another associate helped me to check inventory and as I was looking for the samples to bring home he even marked out a plank as a sample for me to bring home. Last week we also went in for a microwave. Went to 3 places and this store was the only one that had it in stock. It was $10 more than the lowest prices store who told me it was back ordered but $30 less than the other big box competitor. I'm so happy to see a store that can manage to attract and train good employees!

We received excellent assistance by Brandon to find a particular screw and tool for our shower door handle Without his help, along with Kizzy in the screw department, it would've taken us hours to find what we needed or more likely never found it. A special shout out to those two Lowes employees.

They really have good sales on appliances . But during the ending of November me and my mom went. It was busy. We waited for about an hour to get called as we put our name on the list. And majority all their appliances sold out so we have to wait for a month to put an order in for a new fridge. Received the fridge 3 weeks later. Overall it's good just the wait time was long.

It's hit or miss if we can get good customer service, most staff seem too busy. Only the Cashiers smile and are helpful with information on product or pricing.

I ordered a clothes dryer online. After paying, they changed the delivery date to 4 days later. The day before the delivery date they called saying item is not in stock, will be available in 3 weeks. Could not get through to speak to anyone to cancel the order. So I disputed the charge on my credit card and am now ordering a dryer from home depot. Really frustrating experience. DOn't let friends shop at Lowe's.

What is the point of an online order if you're basically picking the order yourself when you get there... I really did not expect a simple, one item online order to be more of a hassle than just walking in to get it myself. Just a heads up that between a great condition and shit condition for fulling THEIR service of an online order pick... expect shit and to clean it up your damn self too. Lowes: you should check on your people if this is what they deem acceptable.

Complaint on management On November 7, 2023. I purchased a mini-refrigerator on clearance for $90 I even added on the extended warranty. Two male employees wrapped it up and took it to customer service. Kimmy helped the trainee with my purchase. The Refregerator could not fit in my car. So receipt showed taken at time of purchase. So Kimmy did a return and then a new purchase showing " will pickup". This was a Christmas gift for my neice. But my neice bought one sooo I took the refrigerator in same state as purchased (shrink wrapped) only to be told that it was past their 7 day return window and clearance items has a 48 hr window. On November 7, 2023, I was helped by 4 employees, and not one mentioned a 7 day or 48 hr return policy!! On Nov 26, 2023 my son in law tried to return product and a manager was giving attitude, because it was past 7 days and product was returned once (yea cause We had to change receipt to will pickup). Anyways, I decided to call and spoke with Jazelle who kept repeating "that's the store policy and everyone knows". I am the customer, NO one told me the 48 hr/7 day return. I told her I was going to call Cooperate. Jazelle reply was "yea you do that" WOW .. NO customer service!! If management has no customer service, and employees are unsatisfied, its not a good store. It starts at the top! November 27, 2023, I called Lowes for over an hour, and the phone rang for over 10 mins. My call finally got answered and transferred only to have the call dropped!! 3X !!!! So I finally provided my number for Manager Josh to return my call, it's been over 2 hrs. I'm still trynna call or get a manager call. Product is as is condition with shrink wrap. I will never shop or support a business that does NOT provide customer service. Why does a manager just have a title if they do not make decisions to provide excellent customer service.

Cashier in the garden area had a grumpy face and only said "Hi" to male shoppers. Maybe she needs to be reminded that females do shop at Lowe's....

The workers hate their jobs and they aren't shy about letting the customers see this. Waited half an hour at the cutting machine 2 employees saw me and said they would call someone else Heard it on the speaker twice and another 5 minutes waiting. If I didn't have store credit with Lowe's I would never shop here.

I just bought carpet from Alex Martin in the carpet section hes knowledgeable , and patient . I felt bad I kept changing my mind daily. But he was so kind and today I finally bought it . He is gold. I'd go see him !

Worst customer service ever. I was needing help in the outdoor lighting department I asked for assistance 3 times, no one ever came. On my way out I told the cashier that no one ever came, she said she didn't know. I told her that was OK I was going to Home-depot to make my purchase. My experience there was much better.

Worst service...they apparently have no way of communicating between employees. They ask you to wait for assistance, and no one shows. All I wanted was panel of plywood cut. No one available to use the saw. Off to the other store...

Keep wishing this place would get better. Only reason why I go here is because they have a large parking lot and it doesn't get too busy like Home Depot. Pros: The appliance department is not bad, depending on which sales person you get. Prices are pretty competitive and they have a good selection of fridges and washers. Cons: Workers on the regular floor are either hit or miss. Some are extremely grumpy. Like that old guy counting screws in the back who gave me stink eye for asking where the toilet seats were. Also when you try to approach some workers it seems like they are trying to avoid contact or tell you that's "not their section." Seriously wish they had ROBOTS there to help you lift heavy stuff onto your cart and tell you where stuff is.
