So glad I called Liberty Tax Services today and got an appointment this evening after work . Mark is so very knowledgable & explains this tax stuff so I could understand it better. Im so glad my taxes are done! I'll be back next year!

After filing, my spouse and my taxes wrong, Mark discovered that we were owed $2000 instead of owing $1000. This was on top of the $1000 fee Liberty Tax charged us, to do our taxes wrong. Mistakes happen, Mark said he’d fix it personally. After being on the mainland and dodging both of our phones, for MONTHS, Mark’s only explanation was, “you fell through the cracks”. Im a blue collar builder, live in Waipahu, $3000 goes a LONG way for me. We still haven’t received our refund FOR LAST YEAR or what we were originally owed. I cant pay this year’s taxes bc still waiting. This was the LEAST professional and most expensive tax experience I have ever had. Would strongly encourage you not to go here!

This was my first time doing my taxes with Liberty Tax and I have to say it was fast and easy. Mark was amazing, he answered all the questions I had, and was even patient with me when I didn’t have all my paperwork or didn’t understand something. I’ll definitely be returning next year to do my taxes.
