I don't shop here much but found out they do Disney collab which are so adorable. I couldn't really find anything on loungefly that I liked and ended up purchasing a backpack and a matching wallet with cute Minnie Mouse bows from here. Love it so much and the price matching they did with their online store was even better. I found lower prices during Black Friday sale and I was able to take the items back and get the difference refunded. All in all very friendly staff and super helpful manager!

Horrible service, very pushy an they don’t speak nice of you, i over heard the manager tell an employee to watch me because I wasn’t dress nice to them. She said I don’t want homeless people walking around Hawaii with Kate spade anything, she went on to rant about how good she looked while I waited Mickey for a price. I’ve never dealt so nasty in my life I will never shop here an on top of that the prices went up an the bag broke within two days an they refused to help me just over all horrible

just the worst experience I've ever hand at a purse store it was like they need money to eat, I would say I don't like that bag and they would show me 15 others in different color an say constantly " you need this bag its so you" an I'm a man its for my wife so when I said that all they did was take me to all the expensive bags after i said thank you but I'm not interested they pretty mush wouldn't let me leave an just kept saying I needed this cheap looking expensive bag that i kept saying my wife knows that bag she does not like it. i had to sneak away to leave the store the manager needs to work on managing instead of sitting on her red phone the whole time.

I adore the products, and the store.My favorite handbags and wallets are mostly from Kate Spade.I like that simple look and great quality, however the bags could be quite stiff but some women prefer that stiff feel.I walked in and was greeted by a nice gentlemen that explained the layout, and another worker took my attention away from him to show me some other products. I listened and thanked her for her time, and explained that I was not in a rush and prefer to take my time to browse around as she seemed quite anxious to find the right product for me and get me at the register.She got the hint, and gave me space. But she followed me from behind and made a comment with every product I picked up. It was kind of annoying.Once she saw me in line, she rushed over and took my name down. I told myself that she made all that effort to get this sale, so she deserves it. Good for her.I got some pretty great deals during my Mother's Day shopping.They are located at the Waikele Premium Outlets.The parking spaces are very tight.

OMG! This store is amazing. There are so many styles of purses, backpacks, totes, wallets, perfumes, etc. We spent an hour in here. The Disney collection is adorable. Their designs outpace any other handbag stores we visited. You can get a great deal on Kate Spade items here, so be sure you visit when on Oahu @ the Weikele Outlet mall.

I received a gift card and I was in need of a purse for an outing. This location is located in the Waikele Premium Outlets. There is a huge selection and the prices can't be beat. There is an additional clearance section with some items up to 70% off. I needed a silver clutch for a party and found one that was perfect in this section. The staff is very helpful and excitedly asks for assistance. I will definitely be back for purse/clutch needs.

I'm one of those shoppers who knows what he's looking for before walking into the store.Three years ago, I saw the window display at the Royal Hawaiian celebrating Chinese New Year, the year of the mouse (I know, it's rat, but mouse sounds cuter). That store was closed when we walked by but there was a sign announcing their opening at a new location in the same center closer to the PF Chang's side of the mall. I happened to catch their door open and asked whether they had this year's CNY designs. She told me just accessories and a cardigan and asked me to come by Friday when they officially open.My friend and I happened to be going to Waikele to shop that morning and I forgot there is an outlet store here. I walked in and Vanessa immediately greeted me and asked me if I needed her help. I told her what I sought and she showed me the CNY display and described the available items. I picked up a sweatshirt and a wallet for two friends, very cute items that I hope they will enjoy (it's a bunny, I mean rabbit this year). Sorry, I forgot to take photos before gifting them. She then led me to the cashier counter where Ally signed me up on their shopper list and rang up my purchase. In all, I was in and out of the store in less than fifteen minutes.Kudos to Vanessa for knowing exactly what I wanted and Ally for getting my purchase completed. If the timing is right next visit, I will be looking for the Year of the Dragon stuff.

Horrible shopping experience the MANager was horrible not accommodating at all such bad service pushy sales people, even acting like I was a shoplifting wen I was shopping for my company I will never shop here again horrible

Very uncomfortable shopping here! I love Kate spade stuff but never again this store had three people kept harassing me and asking if I need help every five seconds. Made me feel very stalked by them. Not a shoplifter, do better!
