cute clothes, but everything is soooooo overpriced. its the company itself tbh. peaceful and quiet but the clothes and toy stuff are low quality. Employees are polite though

I am always impressed with this location! The sales girls are very kind, pleasant and helpful. When they see me browsing, they ask if I need help or if I'm looking for anything in particular. The sales are unbelievable! They frequently have 50% off their red priced/clearance items both online and in store. Check out their Instagram @jeanswarehousehawaii or their online site www.jeanswarehousehawaii.com to see when it happens. I also like how each Jean's Warehouse location merchandises their walls. The color schemes and outfits they put together is very creative! I asked my cashier if they have an outline of how to make it. She told me, they just put it together and it changes every week. I'll add two pictures on some of the wall layouts they did. Overall, such a great local company to buy affordable women's clothing of all sizes and ages plus, fun accessories! You can also buy online and have it shipped to your closest location to pick it up in store, so save on the shipping fee. Use code: MADOKA20 to save on regular priced merchandise in store only.

I am always impressed with this location! The sales girls are very kind, pleasant and helpful. When they see me browsing, they ask if I need help or if I'm looking for anything in particular. I know some people may get annoyed with that question, but from my experience from working in retail. Those questions make me feel very valued as a customer. If I'm just browsing and I don't have an idea what I'm looking for, I'll answer in a nice way, "I'm doing ok, I'm just looking around". Don't be mean to the sales girls and say something like, "I'll let you KNOW if I need help. I'M JUST LOOKING!" because that is just plain rude! I hope you can work in retail, so you'll be able to experience bad people like you and you'll know first-hand how not to treat others. LOL. visited today and it's a really nice store, but I was wondering what is it when the person at the door greets the people who come in before me, greets the people who come in after me, but turned her back when I walked by...mmmm could it be because I'm not local, as the other groups appears to be?? Could it be that the money I WOULD HAVE spent in there was not the 'right' currency??...or could it be that the color of my skin made her feel some type of way??? PSA!!! Most Black Americans DO work make their own money, and live as law abiding citizens. You need to be educated on good customer service.

The weekends are the best! Some clothing's are 50% off. I live really close to this location. But I always think twice about coming here. I mean it's very convenient and all, but I just can't wrap my head around how they treat their customers. Granted I know they struggle with shoplifting due to the location... But I mean come on, with great customer service you will prevent that. But haven't been back here in a while. Walked in because I noticed that they were having a 50% off sale because of their sign outside their door. Immediately walking in, a worker does a stare down with me like I'm not supposed to be in there. Walked around and asked if their toys were with the 50% off. Same worker gave me attitude and told me yes, all toys with the sticker is 50% off with a smirk. Like really?! I ended off buying over 10 toys for Easter and the girl who rang me up asked if I wanted a bag. Some of the toys are huge and I asked if their bags she's about to sell me fits the big toys and she said no... Well then why offer?! So I asked if they had a trash bag to put the toys in since I bought a good amount. She said yes, but I do need to charge you. Lol at this time I'm like laughing in my head and told her to go ahead and charge me for a trash bag. I'm in awe, but I mean a damn trash bag?! Ugh, the extra Star is for their prices!

This location SUCKS. Love their clothes and all but the employees here got issues (3/15/19). I was being followed around and kept an eye on as if they were suspecting me of tryna steal or whatever! but HAHA, I walked out paying around $150 worth of merchandise. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: Learn how to respect peoples spaces and don't try to discriminate based on looks. PERIOD!
