I called to conduct a safety check, and they said walk-in was possible at 1-4 o'clock. The next day, I went on time, but they said lunch ended around 1:30 today. He said wait if you need.
That was so rude I felt so bad.

These guys are awesome! Came in for a safety check and was in & out in 15min. They found two lights that were out & offered to replace them on the spot for a very reasonable price. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend!

Went in for a safety check. No appointment needed, no line when I went in when they opened. Wipers needed to be replaced. They had wipers to purchase and they installed it. Since the price of the wipers and safety check went over $50, I was able to use a debit card. With all that, I was in and out in under 15min.

I called ahead to find out about the safety check process. Guy on the phone was very professional and explained that Safety Check is walk in first come first serve and $26 cash. Parked in the visitor parking in front, went to the office with my registration, insurance, and old safety check. Gave the guy the forms and the keys. Then he gave me the keys and forms back once the safety check was done. Paid the $26 and then was driving out. Took about 15min. The guy was super friendly and professional. Went during lunch hour at about 12:30 and had no line. Highly recommend this place! Tip: Be sure to look for a visitor's stall when parking. The stalls are kind of tight, so watch out.

Went in for a safety inspection on a Saturday and they got it done within 10 minutes. Online says they are not open on Saturday but I called on Friday and they said they were open 8-2PM. They also told me the process of getting my car registered in Hawaii since I brought it over from the mainland which was great because I was unsure. I highly recommend everyone to visit HT Automotive for their car needs.

Needed a safety check done. Came here as a walk in. Paul asked me to park in the visitor parking. I was quite surprise yet very appreciative. They assisted me immediately. I forgot to ask the for the service attendant name. But he was thorough yet quick. Sat with Paul regarding questions on another vehicle. He answered all my questions thoroughly and with patience. Everyone was friendly and professional. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend them.

I always go to HT Automotive to get my safety check. Super fast and easy. Staff is also very nice and helpful. If you go, just make sure to not pull into the garage area and instead park in the marked stalls across from the warehouse.

Super friendly worker did my safety check quickly. He communicated wait time. Major Bonus- they were open during 12-1pm! so rare to find a safety check place that isn't either on the 2 hour lunch break or closed for safety checks for the day. Will be returning for all safety checks

So This review is long overdue Stopped by last month and it was the first time here. Need a safety check for one of our vehicles. Paul provided great customer service, while being through and quick. Oh yeah don't park in the garage... there is parking spots in the parking lot fronting the garage. Will definitely use him again.
