My husband and I have always filed our taxes through H&R, this is our first time in Hawaii since moving from Washington. Our tax preparer Roberta Husher was nothing but amazing! Friendly, professional, and outstanding service!! We enjoyed working with her so much, that we already set an appointment specifically with her for next year. Worst experience ever. HR Block has failed after purchase of premium service and tax professional review. I now have errors returned form the state....... After receiving the response below I called again for follow up. I was transferred to a hang up and unable to receive any help from Joanna. Seems that HR Block has diminished in software and service.

We worked with Kay for over 20 years and since she retire last year we have been lost.Joyce Tenorio did our taxes this year and what a relieve. She is patient and knowledgeable. Things worked smoothly and we got tons of extra tip on things to do to save or make our tax experience easier next time. She is a treasure. I highly recommend her.
