“Shop local, and support local when you can! Whenever I need to do something around the house, and need some sort of hardware supplies, I normally like to give my business to a local company, as we should help local businesses stay afloat, as they provide jobs & support within the local community. City Mill is my hardware store of choice! Now don't get me wrong..........I do shop at Home Depot & Lowes at times when I am looking for something that City Mill doesn't carry, or if I am on da cheap where I wanna save a few bucks! Lol! I was working in Ewa Beach this past week, and I remembered I needed to buy something, as I was fixing something on our garage. Luckily, City Mill was in the same shopping complex on where I was working, so I decided to pop on in to check it out! Located at the Laulani Village Shopping Center, you'll find City Mill towards the opposite end of the mall (from Safeway) as the store is just next door from Petco. Like any hardware store, you'll probably find whatever you need here for home improvement, and I even saw that they carried some pet supply items, too! Got what I came here for, and I even noticed their prices for the item I was looking for was even cheaper (lower) than Home Depot, or Walmart! Shop local, and support local whenever you can my friends!”
“Large selection of household items. Newly opened large gardening department on the Diamond head end of the store. I came to look for an lawnmower or mower parts. Unfortunately they only stock 1 replacement blade and a spark plug tool.”
“Thank you to the store associate in the lumber department (Pearl City) for answering all my questions over the phone and in person. I needed Simpson strong ties to join 2x4’s and he showed me several different options. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I had gone to the “other” hardware store in Waikele first but that ended up being a waste of time. “On 11/24/2023, I saw a Christmas inflatable that I really wanted to buy. I asked salesman Mike if he could see if one was available for purchase. He checked all the aisle but the inflatable on display was the last one. Seeing how much I wanted the inflatable he went to check with his supervisor if I could purchase the Santa on a sailboat inflatable that was on display. I not only got to purchase the inflatable that I wanted, he gave me $20 off because it was the display. Thank you Mike for the AWESOME customer service...I appreciate you!!!”

“I really like this Lowe's. Be honest with you I don't normally like Lowe's but this one was great. The layout made things really easy to find. The employees are really nice and helpful. I picked up several chest coolers and tool boxes here and they really stick with you and help as much as you need loading into your truck. Great group”
