It is a great location as I come here when I grocery shop however this is the 2nd time I've purchased a sale item and was charged full price. Just remember to double check all purchases before you leave as I've only been here 3x and two times I've been overcharged.

Hours sign on window and time online says Monday-Sunday 10am-6pm... Went on a Sunday at 4pm they were closed already. They either need to honor their store hours or update their information! There was no sign that explained why they were closed before store hours!

Recycle, Reuse, Reduse... It's something I do try my best to do so in every way possible and I've been lucky to have that need without much hesitation though my budget of that does have it limitation to stretch it as much as possible and I have donated anything that I think that could be useable as much as possible. Thrifing is another way to express that stretch as I do keep in mine that anything though a few things here are brand new and not to be just thought as used for some that cringe at the thought of it and am grateful for places like Goodwill that shares the giving nature of Hawai'i has to offer. This Waipahu is on the smaller size but is so nicely organized to have just everything that the other large location has including a fantastic selection of the current holiday decor (Halloween) and having this option in this location is absolutely nice to have and though I didn't find anything today I loved it and will be back when in the area again. Thank you!

I go almost weekly. Friendly staff, and some good finds if you take the time to really look. Only downside is that there are sooooo many Target items. I've found a bunch of vintage items that I am in love with! Would definitely recommend to a fellow thrifter!

Smallest store I've been to. Good shelving area selections. Not much for babies and toddlers. Some good brands of clothes, but a lot of outdated stuff. Nice fitting rooms though. Good parking.

I love to shop at Goodwill, but today I went to Waipahu store 5:45pm to look for 1 item, but the workers in there had already locked the doors when it’s supposed to close at 6:00pm. Come on, close when you advertise your closing time!

Never in my life of shopping at goodwill that I experience a employee take away a item I was interested in buying. So the employee at this location Waipahu brings a fresh rack of new inventory and I wanted to take a look and found this cool jacket I was interested in. As I started looking more and walked away she says to me "Um sir sorry we can't sell u this item because it's going to auction.." first off I thought this was a thrift store not eBay.. I didn't wanna believe it at first because I respect goodwill and the things they do but I never thought y'all was a eBay store as well. She then says "I have to take it back from you, I meant to take it back but u grabbed it before hand" which in my head I'm like that's so bull crap and she probably knows this jacket is worth something cause she knew I was looking at it a lot. Then she has the audacity to say "If I'm going to sell you this jacket it's going to be $49.99" and that triggered me so much.. again I thought y'all was a thrift store not some auction reselling eBay site.. but I guess I'm wrong and I definitely don't plan on shopping here ever again. Especially this location, the employees are so rude to the customers, y'all should fire everyone and hire a new team who doesn't talk rude to people who are asking you nicely about questions & concerns on items. What a horrible experience and I will definitely tell all my friends and family to not come here because they are willing to take a item from u sell it for more on AUCTION..
