Oil changers in Kunia is the BEST by far! If there was an option to give 10 stars I would! I have been to my fair share of dealerships service departments and the customer service here is unsurpassed! It was my first time here and from the moment I pulled up the energy and excitement was amazing! Isaac greeted me with the most positive attitude and also explained exactly what the service I was going to get included! He also offered me a quick diagnostics (which apparently dealerships don’t do anymore) and explained to me what he’d advise I change and what could wait a little longer to do! He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to force me to buy anything! All of the employees here are in such great spirits which is so hard to find nowadays!
This will definitely be my new shop for ALL my oil changes!

The time before they overtightened my filter and couldn't get it off this time, so they sent me from Kunia to Kapolei. So one hour wasted and I have to drive further. Another two and a half hours later and they had to break my gasket to get it off. At this point I'm expecting it to be free. Nope, they seem proud they're not charging me for the gasket they broke. I ask to talk to the manager, but she won't come out, so the poor tech has to relay messages. I was told a notes was put in and I'd be receiving I call from corporate to remedy the situation. So far nothing.
Multiple calls, emails and messages. Haven't heard a thing. I'd say their customer service is horrible, but they'd have to have customer service in the first place. Shameful for a company that size.
Is anybody ever going to reply to me???

Awesome service. The technician was very polite. Needed safety check but found out that couple of my brake lights were out. He change it and did a safety check inspection quickly.

No appointment, first come first serve. I got my safety inspection done on and they were very thorough. The mechanic who inspected my car is awesome though, very friendly. The downside is the wait time. They said it gets pretty busy and only one person licensed to inspect. Took me 2 hrs total for my turn when I arrived at 12pm on a Wednesday.

I have been going there for safety checks and oil changes along with other services for awhile now.
I went this morning for a oil change and when asked about my Veteran status, I was informed that to get the military discount, I needed to have a Veteran Identification Card. I have been given it in the past with my Veteran embolden on my Gold Star Hawaii Driver's license. I checked with Veteran discounts on line and observed that this is a legitimate form of Identification for Veteran discounts. After years of Veterans not being recognized for our service to our country, this came as a disrespectful blow. I also found out that they only issue digital Veteran cards since September of 2022, no hard copies.
Service provided was very good, employees were friendly. I will continue to go there.

I came in for a state inspection at 1045am and was told it would be about an hour as there were 4 others in front of me. That's fine. I was then told to park in the parking lot but if I left I would lose my place in line. I wasn't seen until 130pm and the inspection took less than 15 minutes. I totally understand that the tech has to take his lunch break, but to make us wait or loose our spot is really an unprofessional way to do business. You could easily take our number & give us a 10 min heads up that you're next. OR give honest information "It's going to be an hour PLUS the tech will be taking his lunch break". With that info I could have made the decision to leave and come back another time vs sitting for 2 hours. Better communication is always the best way to do business.
