I looked for motorcycle tires. Their ad showed stacks of them but when I called them they don't have any motorcycle tires. ????

Outstanding customer service! I went to the Kapolei Goodyear because i had a bolt and washer between the treads of my driver side rear tire. The tire was holding air but obviously i had to either repair it or replace it. I pleaded with the woman at the register to patch it so i could get to a Doctor's appt at QMC in town. If i cancel same day i get charged $150.00! The woman at the register told me she could not help me and i would have to schedule an appt. I scheduled for two days later at Noon because that was first available! Mind you i live alone on the West side of the island and work in town. If i don't work, i don't get paid! Needless to say i had a blowout driving West on H-1 after my Doctor's appt! I ended up meeting Bernie an amazing Wahine who drives a tow truck with Cachola Towing and although she was pau with work she stopped to help me! Amazing person with a giant heart filled with Aloha. Bernie towed me to DJ's Motorsports in Kapolei and less than an hour later they replaced my rear tires and balanced them. Outstanding service! I will never go back to Goodyear and waste my hard earned money on a company that could care less about my safety! How long does it take to plug a hole in a tire? Sorry GOODYEAR IN KAPOLEI, YOU FAILED ME!DJ's Motorsports and Cachola Towing your generosity of spirit is a blessing! You will get ALL OF MY BUSINESS. Goodyear in Kapolei shame on you!

Came for a quote to get my exhaust done. Dino was able to get me in and my car up for inspection in about 10 minutes. Rory was the mechanic that helped me and advised what I should do with my current set up. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Although I didn't pull the trigger today for a whole new exhaust system, I know where to go when I'm ready. Definitely will ask for Rory before coming in.

Decided to splurge and give myself a Father's Day gift to remember! And it definitely did just that. DJ was accommodating and scheduled me on short notice to install my Rough Country leveling kit on my F150. (I ordered through RC and not DJ's, although he sells and installs their suspension kits). Arrived the day of my appointment and against all my will power, on impulse chose to get custom rims and tires to be installed as well. Gave DJ my specific wants and needs for the setup, worked out the numbers/cost and was told my truck would be ready and sitting a skosh higher than stock by lunch time. My specific wish was no cutting or modifiying of any other components and zero tire rub. I should have taken notice when DJ didn't call me back when he said he'd show me temp mockup of the tire and wheel setup that would get my approval. Suffice to say when I went to pick up my truck I took a quick lookover before paying and saw they installed a tire 3x wider than what I wanted and knew automatically it was going to rub. DJ took me out to persuade me the setup was all good. Had me turn my steering wheel full crank and the tires immediately rubbed the lower valance and front crash bar! No Bueno!!! I got out of my truck and without asking me he took out a box cutter from his pocket and proceeded to slash the corners of my front valance, I had no time to stop him but he was determined to show me that now the tires cleared! My jaw dropped as he walked to the passenger side and did the same. All the while not looking at me but admiring his work that specifically went against all I DID NOT want done and along with no cut to any OEM part. By then I was over it and wanted to leave. Did a lazy lookover and was off. It doesn't end there and my woes continued. While driving home, there was intermittent clanking coming from the rear. My OEM wheels were stacked along the cab side of the truck bed so I figured it was them moving around knocking the rails. Got home and did a more thorough overall inspection while recording a video of it. Checked the new wheels and tires. Made my way to the last one, front passenger wheel setup gleaming in the afternoon sun and what do I see??? 2 fine scratches spanning a quarter of the inner diam. on the inner lip of the rim, made obvious against the polished black finish. Mind Blown, obviously caused by use of a cloth with something abrasive on it while prepping it. With my blood pressure skyrocketing, I proceeded to offload my stock tires from the bed. Should I be surprised??? The knocking/clanking noise was a result of the last rim having been leaning on my bed rack mount against the passenger bed rail and had rubbed a significant gouge through the clear coat and metal on the 1 spoke and lip of the rim as I was driving home. Immediately called up DJ's and expressed all the issues gone wrong. He was apologetic and said to bring my truck back the next day. An hour later was off to attend an event at my son's school in town. You guessed it, my woes weren't over! That clanking sound still persisted! Drove up to my son's campus and still clanking. Pulled off to the side and was hopping up and down on the rear bumper to duplicate the sound and inspect the new suspension components. Finally had my wife hop on the bumper. Low and behold, the sound I thought was coming from the rear passenger side was coming from the rear driver side strut. The nut was barely engaged and not torqued down properly, leaving slop, making the upper mount rattle in the bracket as I drove over bumps/ruts in the road. Very long review later and after some persistance, DJ swapped out the tires to a size I was more comfortable with, had a wheel shop repair my damaged OEM rim (wasn't the greatest and forever a kill-joy & which I got by late August), they tried to buff out the scratches in the new rim but made it worse so DJ replaced it (got it in late September) and all new suspension components were tightened up and torqued eliminating the strut rattle. Will I go back...yes! I feel I fell
