Husband had a flat tire and was dangerous trying to find a tire while driving on a small spare. Went to sams club, firestone, and navy auto center…. Either they didnt have the tire, couldnt fit us into their schedule, or tried to get more money off of us…… last attempt before absolute dispare, we called the waipahu discount tire shop. Spoke to a kind employee who was easy and to the point…. He want to know tire size which we gave. Within the minite he gave us a tire price and included all tax and mount in the price. EXTREMELY reasonable price and only had to wait about an hour from drop off to drive away. So grateful for them. Timely, reasonably priced, and great customer service. I definitely recommend.

I had great service. Affordable prices Ordered 4 new tires from Jack. He took good care of me. I live on Molokai. He drove them to Kamaka air, and I got them the next day. Jack's da man. Thanks

Spoke with Tony on the phone on Friday and he was the coolest, most understanding customer rep I’ve ever spoken to. He assured me I could get new tires under my warranty after hitting a gnarly pot hole on Kam. Super cool dude and appreciate his help!

do not be mislead by a Review that are base on 1 visit I have been there 3 times for tires and did not have a problem but I am writning this because do not let them talk you in to getting the Road hazard warranty it does not cover your tire if you were to get it damage while driving on the road you will have to purchase a new one . The warrantly will be invalid. Also check your lug nuts gustomers were complaining about while I was waiting 3 customers in that short period of time I was waiting.

EXCELLENT SERVICE.1st time customer. Tony was very friendly & helpful, especially after coming straight from Sam's. Went to Sam's for years, where customer service was hit or miss. This morning was a big MISS. Drove down the street to Discount Wheel and Tire, waited less than 5 mins to be helped. Tony gladly welcomed my needs and worked with my situation. The actual work took a little bit, but I wouldn't expect less considering I was a walk-in & from a busy shop, which usually means they must be good. But, Tony still apologizedfor the wait. I'll skip Sam's from now on and go straight here from now on.Honestly, I feel Tony's service is the real reason I'm taking time to share my experience. Hard to find all around excellent customer service nowadays.Mahalo Tony ??

First come, first serve or schedule appt on the website takes 2 days. Honestly, the first come, first serve wasn't that bad if you go at the right time. Tony at the front desk was great and he actually saved me money. The wait to change my 2 front tires and get the tire alignment I needed didn't take very long either. You get a sense they know what they're doing. Awesome experience and I will be going back for my free tire rotation and do my oil change here. Mahalo for the awesome service!
