This guy is an amazing salesman, has knowledge of the inventory, and answered all questions we had in a timely manner. Mahalos Matthew, my hubby is one happy guy .

Best experience at a car dealership ever. My Yukon had issues and Cutter GMC was the only dealership that answers the phone. Its pretty bad when you need to take your vehicle to get serviced and the dealership doesn't pick up the phone or call people back. Thankfully, the service writer who helped me (Kaina) was easy to get a hold of and was really helpful when I called. I dropped my Yukon off on a Wednesday. Kaina told me that they'll work on it as soon as they could. I got a call back the next day with the work order and Kaina let me know they could get to work on it shortly. I ended up getting my truck back on Friday all fixed. Great service and at this point its 2022, the dealerships need to do a better job and taking care of customers. I got lucky with Cutter.

WARNING!! Do not purchase from this dealership! They are terrible and very unprofessional! They sold me a 2017 White Suburban which had a messed up transmission and they claimed they knew nothing about it which I doubt. They refused to let me turn the vehicle back in claiming that I already signed the contract. They had a nerve to say that they'll put me in a temporary loaner vehicle for Neil they repair the transmission. I told them no, they will be receiving the vehicle back! I was so pissed and told them take these keys are I will take legal actions. I received legal advice from attorneys and they told me I was in no way obligated to take this vehicle, especially after the stunt they pulled selling me a Suburban with a messed up transmission hoping I wouldn't notice the way the vehicle was slipping and constantly jerking. I dropped off the keys the next day and left. They threatened to get the SUV impounded and that I'm still responsible for the vehicle. They also said if I don't take the vehicle, that I have to at least buy something else from them but they wasn't letting me go without purchasing something. They also ran numerous credit inquiries on me after I stopped purchase of the vehicle with my credit union but they tried using their shady lenders with a insane 15% interest rate. I spoke with their sales manager and corporate manager, and they were all in on this plot to get me to purchase from them. Worst experience of my life! Their whole dealership is shady? Do not purchase from them because they are crooks! It was totally illegal what they did. Be careful not to sign a contract with purchasing from them, they'll try to fight you to the end to buy from them and even threaten you. I ended up purchasing a new 2022 Silverado truck from Servco Chevrolet instead. The best decision I've made. Never again will I purchase a used vehicle after what I experienced with Cutter Buick GMC.

BUYER BEWARE! If I could choose just one word to describe this place and the people, then that word would be SLIMEY! If you are a woman or elderly... DON'T GO BY YOURSELF. These people use the, "i'm going to borrow your keys and never give it back" tactic to keep you there as long as possible. I went here to test drive a sierra 1500. I made it very clear what model and trim I was interested in when I made the appointment. I was looking for a truck and was trying to decide between a full size and a mid size. I made an appointment to test drive the gmc sierra. Upon arrival, they seemed nice and professional. They were quick to get my license and start the process. They were a little slow getting the truck to the front for a test drive, but after the whole scenario played out I think it was just part of their tactic to wear you down and make you tired so you just start giving in to them.To make it clear I was only there to test drive. They (supposedly) didn't have the lower trim I wanted and (supposedly) they weren't getting any in this year AND they did not offer to check the other cutter dealerships to see if they had something. ANOTHER ONE OF THEIR TACTICS. When I visited the Pearl city Cutter, the lady was all for trying to find me what I wanted to buy and even told me of other cars at other cutter dealerships she could bring there. I made it very clear that I was willing to wait for a lower trim and wasn't in a rush to buy. The manager's answer (Melvin) was, "oh we aren't getting anything." After test driving the truck I flat out told them (because they kept pressuring me) that I wasn't buying an $80,000 truck.He said he had something else and had me test drive an older model, similar vehicle and said, "Oh, you would save $20,000." So, i test drove the next pre-owned truck that cost 60k just to placate them. In my head, I thought i may still have to deal with these people for a Sierra so I wanted to remain cordial. I could tell the truck they were trying to sell me was battered and abused by the previous owner and it was a HARD NO. An hour and a half later, my 5 year old son is starting to get cranky. It is a school night and it is getting late. This was, literally, only supposed to be like a 30-45 minute process with a test drive.At this point, I asked where my keys were. They had taken them to "test drive" my car for trade in value. Matt goes to find the manager, Melvin.This takes like 15 more minutes for them to finally bring me my keys. He had me come inside and wait, which I realize now that it was another tactic to get me to stay.While inside he starts showing me paperwork (while waiting for my keys to get back to me). At this point, I should have just left. But, like I said because I thought I may have to deal with these people in the future I was trying to be nice. I repeated to them multiple times that I have to go, it is getting late and my son needs to go to bed. It was only when they sat me down with a CONTRACT and tried to get me to sign for an 80 THOUSAND DOLLAR TRUCK that i got pissed off. They had no regard for my child. They were only thinking about themselves. My son was cranky and it was showing and they didn't care. I told them that I couldn't spend 80k without talking to my husband that we were on the same page and they told me, "well, if he wants a happy wife, then he should just let you buy it." What the hell??? seriously. They also tried to give me 25K for my 4wd 2018 4runner that I know was worth way more. When they started to show disregard for the well being of my son is when I finally got angry and said, "I'm leaving. I have to go. This is not good for my son."We left 3 hours later. I will NEVER EVER go back to that cutter. Who is this dealership for? Probably if you are desperate for a car and don't have that great credit etc. These people will, literally, do anything to get you to sign your life away.I received calls multiple times a day after leaving the dealership. Excellent service from Levy at the Waipahu Buick repair shop. I've been coming here since I first bought my Buick Encore in 2015. I was serviced by several outstanding service reps (Maverick - who left the island) and Mike Medina and now Levy. Great job to the men and women who work in this location. I appreciate you all.
