I was nervous to start crossfit but the ohana here made it a very welcoming environment! i appreciate all of the coaches who are patient and work with you to modify any workouts. an even bigger thank you to all of the athletes that cheer each other on!! yall are truly an amazing bunch 🏋🏽

The gym has been super welcoming and the coaches are very attentive and make its form over quantity. I love this place
